Good stuff, I avoid doing 3-2 teams because I always feel like I get bad boards, now I realize I probably screw up my first couple moves trying to use the colors that match my heros instead of all the trash.
I learned a lot from watching your video when I was starting. I usually practice those in raids and getting higher and higher opponents just to see how much my low level heroes can take. With patience and what you learn from fighting, you can actually take them down. As long it's not too impossible or the board isn't against you. There are times boards are really crappy. And with bad decisions with heroes and choosing which diamonds to move, you'll end up loosing no matter how good your heroes are.
On the opening screen, you matched the blues at the top to make a 4 purple chain; however, if you would have made the red match in the lower right first, your purples would have risen and THEN make your blue match to set up a purple diamond!
After the green diamond cascade would you consider it a mistake to link the blue on the lower right quadrant, then yellow allowing you to make a purple diamond but setting off your opposing heroes which would most likely culminate in you losing at least 1 Lianna?

A thought I noticed towards the end. At the 9:14 mark right before you pop that green diamond could making the 3 purple match right below work first? Should cascade 3 red on left then 3 green below? Look forward to more videos. Thank you
8:53 The green diamond would have charged your green heroes (and also killed both Kunchen and Misandra). Fast heroes need 8 tiles, you have 2 tiles in the middle that would be ghosted and get you 4 mana and 4 tiles that hit heroes, which gives you another 4 mana. Other than this, I love the video!
Norbert G yes thank you. See? There’s so much room for better tile play. I don’t pretend to see or know the best matches every time. When I go back and watch my videos, I always see better moves.
Great video! You should tie it with the last war video you did when the board gave you zilch on your first attack. 😉 I tell my team that they can play "wack-a-mole" or chess when it comes to tiles.
Hello, this green diamond could fully charge your heroes and that was a mistake :) You could ghost on middle 3 greens with diamond and in the same move 3 other greens and it would be 9 greens so could hit another Eve+Liannax2 :))

Cocoapatches thanks! Haha well I never do rainbow attacks because it takes too long for all of the specials to go off. When focusing on just two colors, you can fire specials quicker.

I liked some of the explanation, but in the end you did the wrong move not noticing the purple diamond and you got extremely lucky to get a completely unexpected green diamond. It's OK, it happens to everyone, but I would have preferred not to hear after that a lot of "You see, it's not luck, I play the odds, I make my own fortune". Come on, a bit of humility! I would have preferred you saying something like "What I said is still true, but also check the board well to avoid these mistakes! I got lucky this time, but it will not happen the next time."
bobon123 yes I do say that a lot. I’m definitely not even the best tile player in my alliance. But I strive to do better and want to show others that if you just assign outcomes to luck, then you’ll never get better. The nice thing about this game is it has a really high ceiling...everyone, including me, has a lot of room to get better.

This is a point that many people miss. However sometimes we also fall in the opposite error, to believe that if I win I have chosen the best strategy. If you ask me to guess the sum of two dice, the best strategy is to say "7". However you can say a wildly "wrong" answer ("12") and still win. You did a clear mistake in that game: of course this does not say anything about your skill, it happens all the time, I am a very bad tile player even if I am not speaking and recording at the same time. I think you are a very good player. But, since in this case you were saved by luck (what were the chances of the green diamond? did you even notice the possibility of getting it?) I thought that it was not the best place to say "You see? I won because I play the odds in my favor, not for luck!" Very good channel btw, best luck!

Purple better than yellow, but why not do both? The purple diamond was still available after yellow. (higher on board)

No "tricks" needed. Just fire the diamond. THe 8 mana it creates is enough to charge any fast hero...
