Omg so glad you are back. I could listen to you for hours. You crack me up and oh so Canadian and awkward. I so relate to you. Your stitching projects are awesome. Can't wait to hear about your stitch north retreat. Hope to see you soon. Happy stitching.
What an lovely video! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful cross-stitch projects with us. The piece your mother made was especially lovely and heartwarming. And let's not forget about the adorable dogs! They are so cute and well-behaved, and it was wonderful to see them in the video. It's so nice that your mom created a sampler for your wedding, that is such a special treasure to have. I'm also really enjoying hearing about all the different projects you are working on - the kits you have and the Retreats you are attending! It's great that you are taking the time to work on your projects and I hope you get to enjoy them to the fullest. Thank you for sharing & great to have you back!
So glad you are back. Your stitchy bug is back, you are enjoying your job and you look fantastic. I look forward to seeing what you stitch this month. And yes drink that coffee. I always stitch what I want and if I want to start a new one I start a new one. I stitch for me and whatever makes me happy that day that is what I stitch. Until next time Happy Stitching.

Happy to see you are in better spirits. Your dogs are so cute. Beauty and the Beast is looking great. I've seen that Elsa Williams kit and it is lovely. I think having your mother's piece might mean more to you since you have the memories attached to it. In the end, do what feels best to you. Take care and thanks for sharing.
Great video Catherine !! Your mother's cross stitch is gorgeous. I love love love your Beauty and Beast. Also, love your magnet organization of your WIP's. I would love to see everything you have kitted up. Can't wait to meet you at Queen City retreat. Happy stitching. Pam
Hello Ms. Needleberry, it’s so good seeing you again. I love the petit point your mother made on the event of your birth. Just thinking of all the times she held it as she worked on it while she was waiting for you must truly make it a treasure. I know how much our parents pray for us and I used to think, now they’re unable to pray for me I feel lost. But I now believe all the prayers they prayed for their dear children are still being answered even though they’re gone from us. I really like your Elsa Williams kit-my two cents worth is this; if it would come to be with you, you then could stitch the kit you have for your brother. Well, it’s been a pleasure spending time with you. Thank you!
I love your kind words, thank you for sharing that we are not alone and our parents prayers do not go unanswered ❤️. I also love the idea of stitching the bell pull for my brother. Enjoy all your stitching!!
You will have a great time at your first retreat. I went to stitch confirmation very first retreat by myself, and I’ve made friends and kept in touch and it’s just wonderful always enjoy your videos. Have a great day.
Thank you for being such a strong support, you are so very kind! I’m glad to hear you put yourself out there and made stitching friends at a retreat, that’s wonderful!!
Love all of your WIPS - You are making great progress on them. It is so neat that your Mom made a Picture - one for you and one for your brother. Yours is so beautiful. Sorry to hear about your Mom passing away in January. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🙏🧵🪡🧵❤️
Glad you've got your sttchy bug back😊 how wonderful you have some of your mom's needlework to treasure. That bellpull is adorable! Hi Cooper and Zoe❤❤ Sabrina is gorgeous! I might get that one if I ever finish Garden Prelude and Elizabeth. I did eventually cave and bought Birds and Blooms, not sure when I'll start it though. Great to see you!!
I’m so glad to see you smiling today. Thank you for continuing to put out good content for us when your heart is sore and still in recovery mode. I’ve just come back from a retreat, there are two planned here in NZ for next year which I really want to go to as well. But bet ya boots if I win lotto I’ll make it to a US one! Take care, Nic x
I love idea of you and your brother having that beautiful bell pull. Perhaps you will have more clarity on what you want to do closer to winter. Glad the bug is back! Hugs, Jeannie
Hi Jeannie! I think I should stitch the bell pull too… half the joy is the time spent working on it. I’m sure my Dad wants to keep the one they already have, I will help him find it and hang it up next time I visit him. Hope you are doing great! ☺️💕
Aww your fur babies are so cute. Yay for the return of the stitching bug. I have given up on plans for this year and just stitching on what is calling to me. It is lovely to hear you happy in your new job, I am so glad it all worked out in the end.
Thanks Kirrily! I think stitching what calls to us is the way to go. Maybe if I was retired and had more time I would want to build more of a schedule with some goals… some day!☺️💕
Hello , Catherine. So enjoy your work. I am astounded at your full coverage work! I almost envy your young eyes! I do smalls! They seem to work better for me, although I did find a 1987 Santa from a Counted Crossstitch magazine which is a huge WIP for me! Hopefully I will finish it by Christmas 2023!! It's a pickle for me! How very precious are those "Mom" stitches. Such beautiful work and priceless! If your heart tells you to stitch the bell pull then do it. Make your heart happy!!!! Blessings and am looking forward to the next video!! 💕💕💕
Oh my eyes are not so great and I’ve had vision issues in the past… ever since I found MagEyes on Amazon my stitching options changed forever and I have no problem stitching on smaller counts with the magnification! I love Santas, I hope you make your goal for Christmas 2023!
So great to see you back again - and smiling! Your mom's needlework is just beautiful. What special memories they must conjure. I have to say that I want to know the brand name of the coffee you were drinking -- I want some !! Lol!! :) I'd love to see your kitted projects -- my favorite kind of videos. It helps to know I'm not alone in having two separate hobbies wrapped up in one ribbon - collecting & kitting and actually stitching. Happy stitching. Steph x
So good to see your smiling face again sweetheart ❤️. You know I love you❤️. So happy to see you so happy again. Warms my heart❤️. ❤️. With the bell pull stitch it! If it’s calling to you do it! It will be fun❤️. Congrats on the bot! I want to see it😂😂. I think you should show your kitted up projects that are ready to go and all the other ones we haven’t seen. Becoming Brave just melts me. That is the cutest thing. Omg. I love that❤️. I will get it eventually if it’s still available. Well I’ve talked enough 😂😂. We will talk soon❤️.
I keep wanting to pull out Becoming Brave but then I think that way about just about everything!! 😂 I think I’ll start the bell pull later this year, I love it so much. Happy Beloved stitching, I’ve got it on the QSnap and ready to go! 💕💕

I have that Elsa Williams The General Store Bell Pull! 🔔 And I would Love to start it with you!! I hope you are well right now. Found you just early this morning when i was listening while at work. I love your stories about your mother. Mine passed in 2015. My dad passed in 2021. My youngest grandchild passed just this month. I'm so grateful for flosstube! It helps me stay motivated in my stitching, which is so therapeutic. I tollaly LOVE your magnet idea! Wow! They are really wonderful. Thank you for another fine video. I am going to look for your wip parade one now.
Your words are so kind, thank you for watching my video! I have so many projects, I keep thinking I don’t need to start a new one but I really do want to start them all!! I’m so sorry you lost both of your parents, and your grandchild… I’m so sorry ❤️. Until it happens it’s hard to imagine how deep the pain can go. We just have to live one day at a time. 💕❤️
I will get to meet you in October so excited. I have the first cross stitch I did we found it in my dad's garage when he died. It's so special to me now
Happy to see you got your stitchy bug back!😊 Your WIPs are looking great! You are right, your dad will think its special just the fact you are working on a piece for him. It will get done! I love when you talk about your job, I don't understand most of it lol, but your excitement for it is very contagious!😆 Yes, do a kit parade/Chart parade/ all the parades, I am totally here for it!🎉 Stitch the kit! You seem like you really want to, and give the other one to your brother if you find it. ( that's just my opinion!) Thanks for the update! Take Care!❤ Too bad I wasn't going to Stitch North, we could have been socially awkward together😝. Hope you have a great time!😊
God bless you and your family. I was very moved by your story. I’ve thought about you a lot since I saw it. I lost both my parents in 2022. They were both in their late 80s I hope my daughter holds my special things with such love when that day comes. Thanks for making a new video!
Was very happy to see you back! My favorite is Beauty and The Beast it is just stunning! The whole time you were talking I couldn't quit staring at all of those bags in your bookcase, I was thinking I wonder what is in that yellow one and the red one and the green one. Yikes! Your puppies are adorable and it was funny when Cooper sorta put the brakes on. Have great time at the Retreat! The piece your MOM stitched was so wonderful for you and your husband, it reminds me of a piece I found that I started 34 years ago and am trying to finish this year. Sorry I have written a novel here, anyhoo Happy Stitching!
I always love reading your comments! Yes, my Cooper is quite a funny little dog, camera shy but you should see how excited he gets for his walks! What is your 34 year old project that you are finishing?? That’s exciting, an epic journey to completion!! ☺️💕
@@NeedleberryStitcher It came from a book published by Oxmoor House, very much like the hardbound books that Leisure Arts to put out, I am bound and determine to finish this piece this year. Love your videos and all the projects you have. Happy Stitching!
Hooray for a new video. Gosh I have to start taking notes when watching your videos because I talk back as you ask questions or mention something. If only you could hear my responses or my giggling. Your black dog when you picked him/her up. Oh my goodness their eyes were like what in the world are you doing to me? 👀 LOL! And for both dogs to be of the same litter. 😳 wow! My short term memory is awful as I get older. And I can’t remember what different words are. Ugh. As for finery of nature. Don’t worry if you don’t feel like stitching it. I completely understand your reasoning. That’s why I usually stitch to a few projects as well. It’s too much effort to change them out when you could be getting in some good progress on another project. You and I have such similar taste. Moon hare- I have that one too and just need to start it. Let me know when you feel like doing it and I’ll pick it up. The pieces your mom stitched need a special place in your home just as they have in your heart. I’m glad you were able to get the stitched part home safely. 💜 That’s all I can remember now. So good to see you. 🦋e
You always leave such amazing comments! You have a better memory than you think you do if you can recall all those things! 👍😃 I absolutely LOVE Finery of Nature so I don’t know why I have a hard time getting it out and working on it 😭 I’d love to work on Moon Hare, it’s been calling me! Let me know when you’re ready for a new start… I’d pull that one out any day, it’s a fun one and full coverage is easier for me to jump into quickly (Dimensions requires more mental preparation, haha). ❤️💕
So glad your stitchy bug is back…crafting is the greatest therapy! Beauty and the Beast is gorgeous. I totally get what you’re saying about your new job…it’s one of the reason I decided to leave teaching. When the computer goes off at the end of the day I can give all of myself to my family and myself. I couldn’t do that for so long. Have fun at all your retreats!
Right!! I don’t mind working evenings once in a while, but not all the time. I’m at a point in my life and career where I want to start having some time back. ❤️
Firstly, I have a Zoe too. Only there is no way she can sit on my lap. As always really enjoy listening to you. Reminder that healing takes time. I think you might want to do the piece your moms friend did for her bc it’s represents the love that they shared. Just a thought. Your are a gem. God bless sweet one.
Such a joy to see your happiness. Totally relate to rolling around in all the stitchy gold! And, I know how precious our mothers' heirloom pieces are. My mom had fairy fingers and did just about everything, so my sisters and I enjoy her work in remembrance. Bittersweet but so grateful. Xo
Please drink coffe in all your videos!! You were cracking me up!😂😂 Your puppies are so sweet!! Love how you have organized your projects. I thought about doing that with my rotation, like having five wips on the go with five different themes. And yes, I totally think about rolling around in my cross stitch stuff!😂😂😂 So looking forward to seeing you at stitch north!!
Hi Kathryn! People talk about losing their stitchy bug, but I've lost my flosstube bug so I'm very far behind, even with my regular favorites like you. So sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. 😢 I missed your last video, so I'll check that out soon. Your dogs are adorable! Glad your job is going well. Just yesterday I watched @DarlingBluebell who works in AI and she talked about its implications for stitching and artists. You may find it interesting. I could totally relate to Scrooge McDucking it in a pile of cross-stitch! Take care! --Deb
Hi, I'm back to this video for a second time. I had subscribed before however, as I watched Vonna Pfeiffer today, she mentioned you in her video. Beautiful projects
Right now I am finishing up a bunny cross stitch. I got the pattern from Etsy. So far I have been working on cute animal patterns, eventually I want to try scenery. I am going to start on another pattern that I got from Etsy that is Bambi. I am collecting all the floss for that one.💕
Finally getting caught up on my backlog of FT videos ... so good to catch up with you today. I have that music pattern pamphlet and have done the piano and the treble clef. Someday, I would like to do more out of that booklet. I have very much gone to a rule of "I'll get it done when I get it done", and unless it's really something I think I *need* to stitch for, I'm not doing things that have deadlines ... it just adds too much pressure. :-) I totally get what you're talking about with the "brain short circuiting" Sometimes it truly scares me. I can be talking along and all the sudden I can't pull the word from my brain that I need ... and I know it's a common word. SO frustrating, and, for the most part, if I don't write it down, I won't remember, but like you, if my husband were to ask me where a certain thing was at our house, I could totally tell him the exactly location, right down to what side of the drawer he'll find it on ... ~Katrina
Great video -good to see you at peace. I love long videos so would look for ward to any you do especially stash dives. I’ll be at the QC stitch retreat also(1st ever). I’ve been looking for videos on what to bring to a retreat-maybe u could talk about ur Stitch North retreat experience? 🙂
That’s an interesting idea… maybe I’ll interview some folks at the retreat (if they are okay with it!) and ask them what their favorite items are that they brought with them! Thanks for the idea! ☺️💕
I'm so happy that your stitching bug is back. I have to ask if you watch Battle Bots, I love that show, my husband and I watch it every Thursday night and if we can't we have it recorded. I really like the big red chart, I think that was the name. My husband had a red truck for a long time and he called his Old Red.
Battle bots!! Yes we do watch it, usually the reruns though, or whenever we randomly find it. I have a red vehicle too, an old beat up rusted out red Jeep (my other hobby that I never talk about, fixing it up…). Maybe I should call it Big Red. Or Rusty, haha!
Hi! I'm new to cross stitch and I love your channel and your energy :) Thank you for sharing and yeahyyy for coffee! Can you tell me the name of the piece you have behind you with all the books? I love it, always catch myself looking at it while I listen to you haha 😅
The piece behind me with the books is not stitched, it’s a canvas print from my favorite artist, but there IS a pattern for it on Heaven and Earth Designs! The artwork is by Randal Spangler and it’s called “Train of Dreams”. I bought the canvas print before I knew I could find his artwork as cross stitch patterns. ☺️💕
@@NeedleberryStitcher wow thank you for the info, I have been thinking of starting my first HAED (I'm still a little scared of the investment and size) and I will consider "Train of Dreams" 💛
The app I use is called Cross Stitch Journal and it’s available in the Apple App Store for a very reasonable one-time price. The logo for the app is black with a red stripe on the left and a red needle and thread, and it was developed by Blitstitch Labs LLC - by fellow FlossTuber Brian @blitstitch. Truly the best app I have ever used!

Yikes! Your puppies are adorable and it was funny when Cooper sorta put the brakes on.
Have great time at the Retreat! The piece your MOM stitched was so wonderful for you and
your husband, it reminds me of a piece I found that I started 34 years ago and am trying to
finish this year.
@@NeedleberryStitcher It came from a book published by Oxmoor House, very much
like the hardbound books that Leisure Arts to put out, I am bound and determine
to finish this piece this year.
That’s all I can remember now. So good to see you. 🦋e
You always leave such amazing comments! You have a better memory than you think you do if you can recall all those things! 👍😃
I absolutely LOVE Finery of Nature so I don’t know why I have a hard time getting it out and working on it 😭
I’d love to work on Moon Hare, it’s been calling me!
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Looking forward to meeting you at StitchNorth in April (in 2 weeks, yay). Happy stitching!
I’m going to the May weekend for StitchNorth 😢
@@NeedleberryStitcher Too bad. Have fun!
You are so kind! I like your suggestion about the stitching. Is your Zoe too big for your lap or just too squiggly? 😄
@@NeedleberryStitcher 80 pounds of love 💕
Such a joy to see your happiness. Totally relate to rolling around in all the stitchy gold! And, I know how precious our mothers' heirloom pieces are. My mom had fairy fingers and did just about everything, so my sisters and I enjoy her work in remembrance. Bittersweet but so grateful. Xo
That is so sweet, Mom's Fairy Fingers! My mom only did crochet, that I can recall. Don't we love those precious memories??? ❤️❤️
Mom’s Fairy Fingers!! I love it! ❤️
So glad you got your stitches Beg back can’t wait to see some of those kits and Mirabilia’s
I think you were the person who put that idea in my head about rolling in stitch stuff!! Now that’s all I think about 😂😂
Take care! --Deb
I’m pretty far behind on FlossTube myself. I’ll check out Darling Bluebell’s video, sounds very interesting!
You should stitch the kit and start it soon. Glad that you got your stitching bug back.
“Start it soon”… don’t encourage me! I have so many projects already, haha!! Happy stitching!!
So glad youre back and in a better place. I love your channel and your projects are lovely 😍
Thank you!!! ☺️💕
I'm glad you got your stitchy bug back! Can't wait to see what you work on next 🙂
Hi, I'm back to this video for a second time. I had subscribed before however, as I watched Vonna Pfeiffer today, she mentioned you in her video. Beautiful projects
Thanks for watching my video! I’m such a huge fan of Vonna’s channel, she works on such beautiful projects 🙂
Please show your kitted projects! I love Elsa Williams kits. Thanks for the video!
Oh and you should totally stitch that kit! And I’d love to see more of your stash 😊
I am a new subscriber and new to cross stitch💕
New to cross stitch, how wonderful!! What are you currently working on and what kinds of patterns do you like?
~Katrina
I like that too, “I’ll get it done when I get it done.” 🙂
❤❤❤

I would love to see your kitted projects. How many WIPs do you have?
I think I have about 80 or so current WIPs… I seem to have lost count recently 😂
Just starting watching. Love your beautiful stitching.
Just wondering which app you use
I use Cross Stitch Journal (XS Journal) from @BlitStitch, available in the Apple App Store! It’s wonderful! ☺️💕
@@NeedleberryStitcher thank you
I really wanted to go to Stitch North, but it's not going to happen this year. 😢. What did your mom stitch for your brother?
Oh no, sorry you won’t be able to attend Stitch North!
Great to see you. I have a question. What is the name of the app you use to track? Ty.
So? You get the red boy from mom and he wants a red truck from you? It may be a circle completion thing?
Oh I never thought of that!!
It's good to see your energy and smile. 🤍 My Sabrina's skin is 1x1 full cross! The skin is done now. Finally. Can't wait to give it more attention!
