18:45 Sorry for the wrong info. Airfare on this route (CAN-BKK-NBO) on Kenya Airways is quite expensive. Latest figures on Google Flights return: HK$30,745 US$3,928 AU$5941. However it gets a lot cheaper if you have connecting flights beyond Nairobi
Interesting flight, it's like two flights in one. Very special to have the entire cabin to yourselves! The flight crew looked so friendly. Nairobi was so pretty and sunny, I can't wait to see the helicopter ride!
Another great trip report! You certainly are expanding your airlines flown. Capetown looks amazing! The quality of your reports ae certainly improving, keep up the great work!
Thanks Jayden. This made my day. Kenya Airways looks pretty good but that stopover with the cleaning crew and change of cabin crew while you were trying to take nap must have been weird. Really enjoyed the Capetown Vlog too, looks like a nice city. Looking forward to your next adventure.
Hi Jayden and 6’4, that was really enjoyable seeing Capetown. I had thought recently about going there myself. Will have to see. Have fun whatever you’re up to. 🙏💙
Oooooooh, Finally. Welcome for a safari next time in Kenya. This is so cute covering my national carrier. Solid experience but leaves a lot of room to improve..... Karibu Kenya 😂 so excited,
Great that you showed a far lesser known airline and an unusual routing too. Sad to hear you've left ADL though. I hope kitty is OK with all the upheaval.
12:48 the new crew did what? Jayden, Really??? 🤣🤣🤣 Hope you and SixFtFour enjoyed yourselves eKapa. This was an interesting sequence of flights. I enjoy African airline reviews. Thanks for this.
Great to see you extend your travels into another continent. Capetown has long been on my bucket list! I didn`t know you had left Adelaide Jayden. Where are you based now?
Jayden, waiting for your Starlux Airlines flight trip report. Which route you will be flying on Starlux? Also try out Air Astana (the national flag carrier of Kazakhstan) a hidden gem. You can fly on their Bangkok to Almaty route.
Thanks Jayden. Nice to have a coat hook which is useful. Lol No insult intended but when I saw 6'4's socks, I though of Waldo of 'Where's Waldo' fame. Cape Town seems very nice to visit, I must say. I hope there is a vlog of Nairobi. If not, it's okay 👍🏻.
Sorry Jayden which city do you reside in now Great video yet again. The menu looked most inviting especially the vegi options The business class cabin is identical to LOT Polskie Yes I would fly them
thanks for asking! Currently living in hotels & travelling. Will have a home soon when 6'4 moves out in August for his new job. Don't know where yet, his company hasn't decided, but likely Hong Kong.
Hi Jayden THANK you for the video yo he plenty of room on the plane and you could have a sleep. Cape town looks real nice fancy seeing Woolworths hey emed lie they had more stock the Sydney one. Have a great time both of you and take care.
Jayden, the Kenya Airways Nairobi to Cape Town flight has a stopover at Victoria Falls/Livingstone which is on the Zambia-Zimbabwe border. Is that correct and will your flight trip report video be out soon regarding this route?. Also please try other top African carriers such as Ethiopian Airlines, South African Airways and Air Mauritius (the last two airlines have non stop flights to Perth)
I have never flown Kenya, but I would like to try their 787 from London. Trouble is, I don't fancy going to Kenya any time soon. Maybe I should try their fifth freedom to CAN?
where are you based? They do have a vast network and several fifth freedoms for you to try out. I also did Livingstone (Zambia) to Cape Town as part of this trip
love the blog about CAPETOWN.......all the information says that S. AFRICA is not a particularly save place to visit.....high crime rate....so glad that you had someone along to "protect" you 😃. anyway the blog was fantastic...thanks ..... hope that you both are now happily settled in Hong Kong and ready to begin the next adventures of your lives
haha stay in the touristy bit and you'll be fine. TBH we were pleasantly surprised, we saw locals leaving their phones, wallets, handbags etc on their table in outdoor environment. We felt very safe in most places we went. Will definitely revisit one day.
@Jayden Wong, nice video :)) You mentioned that you were from Adelaide. Just curious what suburb in Adelaide do you used to live? I live in Marion near Westfield.
@@JaydenWong lol 😆 I miss home, watching this video. I'm so glad you're featuring Cape Town on your channel…. As we would say in Cape Town “Lekker man!!!”

Really? No way, wow I see. Yeah you didn't mention that Kenya airways fly from Bangkok to Guangzhou, operated on a 5th freedom flight. May I ask why Kenya airways doesn't fly non stop from Nairobi to Guangzhou?
Great report, thank you. Very poor catering for business class on both sectors, in my view. Quite coarse. I’m from an older generation of traveller and it’s sad for me to see how standards have changed, how we’re being conditioned to accept this level of catering as acceptable in the forward cabins. How aviation has changed - it’s cheaper, in so many ways.
