On the last one, it will work better if you go in video settings, and than turn on entity distance to 500%. Than you can use it, and it will work for better.
Personally, I think parrots are more trouble than they're worth. Sure, they mimic nearby mobs, but that includes mobs that are in a nearby, inaccessible (without mining) cave, meaning that they can give off a zombie's growl when there's no danger, thereby making you almost piss yourself for no reason.

i can't count the times i've been scared of my parrots. I guessed they were reproducing what they heard, but when they imitate THAT creeper noise, i jump scared many times
In one survival world, my island got possessed by my parrot who wouldn't stop making wither noises. I don't know how he copied them, we were quite a distance away from my island.
I think wither skeletons also pathfind to go under cover from the sun, even tho it doesn’t damage them, probably because it’s an undead mob and that’s how their AI works, even if they are immune to lava
Did you ever finish that Minecraft server? Last I watched your vids, you made a disclaimer saying that was the reason you slowed down on uploading. That was years ago
