It's hard to believe that in 50 years, this is the first time I've seen this concept illustrated this way. Too bad they didn't teach it this way when I was in school. I loved math, but for some of my classmates who found it harder to memorize equations or grasp the logic behind them, I think this kind of practical visual teaching would have been very helpful.
I love visual teaching!!! Especially since having a stroke. Visual aids are fabulous ❤❤🎉
Yes trying to fasting from 2 days and i see pizza everwhere thankyou NOVA
WOW! If math had only been explained so easily, that D- would of been a B+!
So instead of Area = Pi R squared, shouldn't it be Area = Pie are rectangled?
That would be excellent to teach kids.
Veritasium had this last year, but he was talking about Pi [instead of area] with pizza.
One time, I was ordering a 20-inch pizza for my family when the pizzeria informed me that they were having a sale on two 16-inch pizza for less money. I went with the deal on a hunch. Soon after, I found out that really was a good deal as two 16-inch pizzas was more food than a single 20-inch.
This was great, thank you
Mmmmm, pizza! 🍕
He said ay ay ay instead of mamma mia! 😊
