Super Bowl 51 was on my dads 51st birthday, It was probably one of the most nerve wracking/satisfying/amazing birthdays he's ever had. When my siblings and I asked if he wanted anything for his birthday, he said "What I want is for the Patriots and Tom Brady to win their 5th, thats what I want" tears were definitely shed that day. Chills.

@Jason O'Daniel - You know, the world's not fair. Some teams have won 6 out of 9 Superbowls they made it to in the last 20 years, but most teams haven't won any. I'm sorry your team isn't that good at winning.

    • @MrDanielWP
      @MrDanielWP 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

@Jason O'Daniel I see. You're one of those low IQ people that doesn't know Belichick's head coaching record before Brady. You also don't know your own team's history of cheating. So, you basically just comment out of ignorance.

Jon Falk knows a thing or two about championship jewelry.
The longtime Michigan equipment manager retired after the 2013 college football season with 17 Big Ten titles, which meant enough championship rings to cover both hands and most of his feet. When he was with the Wolverines, he’d often let players know.
“I’d walk in the locker room and I’d take my ring finger and roll my Big Ten ring around and go, ‘Hey, I’ve got this many Big Ten championship rings.’ And people would always ask me, ‘What ring is my best ring?’ ” Falk said. “I always told them my best ring was going to be my next ring.”
One player, in particular, loved that.
Anytime Tom Brady saw “Big John,” he would shout the question. “Anytime we were in the locker room, he would say, ’Hey Big John, which ring is best?” Falk said. ” ‘Tommy, you know as well as I do that our best ring is going to be our next ring.’ ”
You could imagine Falk’s surprise when he saw Brady years later on television. At this point, the Patriots quarterback already had multiple Super Bowl titles. He was asked about his favorite ring.
      “The next one,” he replied.

I'm going to be a 53 yr old New Englander this year and I've been a home team fan my whole life. From Orr to Bourque and Bird to McCale under the rim. From Buckner to Papi and our "Fuck-ING City". From Grogan's heroes and Bledsoe to coats to Unicorns and show Poneys to Brady and the Butler did it. From 28-3 to the Philly Special and We're Still Here! I have experienced being the saddest creature in Baseball to a generation waiting to hear! I've fended off deflators, haters and film takers and on to Cincinnati all while the sky was falling to being raptured into the Sun shining all over New England. You Gotta Believe, we'll make a story, because I love that dirty water, welcome to title town, Rodger That!

I remember sitting in the stands when Grogan was quarterback and we were the laughing stock of the league. Hardly anybody in the stands. Never gave up on my team. Now everyone else is the laughing stock compared to my Patriots. Every other quarterback is somewhere else and Tom Brady is by himself. Belichek is by himself. Proud to be a fan.

It's no doubt Brady. And I'm not just talking about his resume. I'm talking about his skills in his prime. He is a machine. Contrast him to the player that's probably about the most popular QB of the last 20 years, Peyton Manning. Peyton had every opportunity thrown in his lap. Not that he doesn't deserve credit for working hard but he always had the door opened wide. Now Brady, no-one took him seriously. Not even his parents believed in him. He was an extremely clutch QB in college that coaches kept passing over until they needed him. Belichick's genius is that he saw potential in Brady. He had him in his sights that draft even though he went 6th.

Scott Zolak has said it best, "Just when you thought you've seen it all!". The thing is that Brady was considered one of the best ever when he still had 3. I thought to maybe put him over Montana, he had to at least win 4. It was a 10 year span to when he finally got his 4th Super Bowl, even though still reaching to 2 in that 10 years span was still very impressive! During the celebration after the 4th one Mark Wahlberg said, "Best ever, Best ever!". Brady replies, "I don't know about that.". Wahlberg replies, "Fuck that ever! You're gonna add a couple more to that resume then what are they gonna say?". The comeback against New Orleans was so exciting the year before! I thought damn, Brady is so great, how about that comeback? Then it gets even more impressive, he wins his 4th! When Wahlberg said that, I was like, "I hope so but I think 4 will be what it ends at. Please don't jinx us Mark! I think he can get more but i really think that's it!". He gets that 4th and especially impressive in that way he did it. Never in my wildest dreams though could I have ever imagined what he did after that! The insane comeback against Atlanta to win his 5th! The way he led his team back last year to beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, and go on to win his 6th! Like the game against New Orleans the year before the 4th win is all that I thought we would see! I thought after that, he would still be good, but he'll probably end his career with 3. Then it's like he got even better than what he already was and raised his game even more! I'm sitting here saying all fucking pumped up, "LET'S GOOOOOOOO! LET'S GOOOOOOO!". This man is just on another level! Go Pats! I'll say it again! LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

The Conference game against The Chiefs answered any question about Brady's talent and his character. Going up against a phenom half his age, playing at the Chiefs. Converts what -3 or 4 4th down situations. Goes into OT. Does'nt flinch -does'nt give an inch -you say he was past his prime -he beat you -that's a crime.

Tom takes over in 2001 and they flip their record to 11-5 and win the SB. Who are the 2 fastest receivers in the NFL? Brady had 1 great outside receiver his whole career in Randy Moss - and Randy wasn't there long. Gronk was there for a while....but Brady did it for a lot of years without Gronk as well. You're right - some teams really suck. Then they draft a great player and he wants to get paid and handcuffs the team and even with a great player they still suck. It was an advantage that Brady didn't need the money and really just wanted to win - that allowed them to spend on other players.....but his 2 greatest gifts were and still are his intelligence, and his desire.

I like Tom Brady, there is nothing to dislike about him at all. He's humble, skilled, tough, and disciplined.
The problem is that the system was/is rigged for him, so we'll never really know.
Raiders, Patriots Superbowl... arm going back to throw, ball loose = fumble. Except the league hate the Raiders....so, no fumble even after replay. Ugh!
Chiefs, Patriots...brush to his shoulder pads = roughing the QB.
      What!!!
League prefer not to have a newbie...inter-racial QB going to the Superbowl.
      Sad but true...
I'm a Tom Brady fan but for honest and serious sports people, he has an asterisk for sure.

@@lifelinesart I'm not going to necessarily disagree with you. I also appreciate your polite comments.
Here's where we differ...(This is coming from a biased perspective, but here we go)
I believe plays like the ones you've mentioned happen all the time in this league. That being said, do you believe that maybe the media when talking about the Patriots are bias themselves because they know it will draw an audience and create views? I'll give you an example; in that same game against the Chiefs, why didn't the Laser pointer that was being shined into Brady's eye's during the forth quarter drive get attention? It's simply because most people want the Patriots and Tom Brady to fail or do something wrong and this wouldn't give those people vindication for why they dislike the Patriots. If this were to happen in Gillette Stadium, the media would call it #LaserGate. Everyone is making them out to be the villains, simply because they win and people listen to the media without doing their own research.
What was the quote....."You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain". The Patriots have been on top for too long, and people want their teams to win. So, when the Patriots defeat their team in the playoffs or in a close game, they're just adding to the list of fans that want them to fail. This will happen to any team with success over a long period of time.

Tom Impossible & The New England Impossibles.......
How could anyone achieve as many impossible things as Tom Brady and the Patriots?
*The NFL has mole players installed on every roster. They are like pro wrestlers who follow whatever script the league dictates. They will throw the game to the other team whenever the league orders them to.
      BEST PROOF OF A MOLE:
In the AFC championship the Jags appear to be better than the Patriots but suddenly the Jags fold and allow the Pats to go to yet another Super Bowl. Watch as Jags mole Leonard Fournette makes it much too obvious that he doesn't want to catch a late 4th quarter pass that would seriously hurt the Patriots. It's in this video titled:
PROOF THE NFL IS RIGGED AFC CHAMPIONSHIP Jags Vs Pats
*Jags best Player, Jalen Ramsey, expressed suspicion that some of his teammates (moles) had allowed the Patriots to win:
[Article]The Jaguars had two separate double-digit leads against the Patriots only to see New England come back and reach the Super Bowl. “We get up and we let them come back, bro. We let them come back, bro … WE let them. Every time, it happens,” Ramsey would say.
The incredible coincidence that a team that wears red, white & blue and is called the Patriots suddenly becomes an unstoppable sports dynasty immediately after 911 (yes, "Patriot Day" by law decreed in 2002) and does it with scrubs and a 6th round QB and a failed head coach who suddenly becomes the 'genius of all time' while every other team in their division becomes a laughing stock that cannot challenge them in any way from winning dozens of consecutive division titles seems insanely suspicious.
It all goes back to 9/11 (now renamed 'Patriot Day'). The government co-opted the NFL to promote super-patriotism. We all see how the league promotes militarism in a disproportionate way. But also the Patriots were chosen to become the dynastic team during the 'war on terrorism' in order to instill a patriotic mind-pattern in the American culture.
*This is why a skinny 6th rounder could suddenly become the greatest QB of all time and play until he's 50 years old. When everything's staged that's easy to do.
The highest percentage of Moles are placed in the other three teams in the AFC East to ensure that the Patriots always have an easy path to the playoffs. This is why the other three teams (Dolphins, Bills and Jets) have been so consistently inept during the entire Patriot dynasty.
*The NFL is used as a national billboard for the 'supporting the troops' political agenda. They endlessly glorify militarism.
The NFL actually admits to taking payments from the military to promote military worship and it's a matter of public record.
      Let's look at the coach:
      Genius head coach BILL BELICHICK
Bill Belichick had a 37-45 record in Cleveland and was fired by owner Art Modell. An Akron columnist pithily wrote, "Bill Belichick's five-year reign of error is over.''
Belichick was in Cleveland from 1991-95, going 6-10, 7-9, 7-9, 11-5 and 5-11 over five seasons.
NFL makes no claim that the games are NOT scripted and no laws are broken if they pre-designate the winner of a contest.
Refs are also used to script the games and by now that part is obvious to most fans. The Patriot dynasty was the most scripted hoax in sports history. Most of their teams were of 8-8 quality and were full of average talent.
Here's some more impossible facts from the enchanted world of Tom Brady:
*From 2000-2019 Patriots had 36 more wins than the next best NFL team (Steelers). That's more than TWO ENTIRE SEASONS more wins than the other very best team in the league. Simply impossible in the real world of actual competition.
*All three divisional rivals (Bills, Jets & Dolphins) finished in the bottom 3rd of the league in wins from 2000-2019. Not one divisional foe of the Patriots made it into the top 20 NFL teams of this era. Patriots had 100 more wins than each of these pathetic teams.
*The best QB any of the Patriot divisional rivals had in 20 years was...CHAD PENNINGTON! HOW did the incomparable super-genius of the Patriots somehow prevent all three of their divisional rivals from obtaining a high-quality quarterback for 20 years???
*From 2000-2019 the worst accuracy for opponent kickers was 76% when they played.....you guessed it: THE PATRIOTS. The next worst was 80% against San Diego and the best was 85% - a walloping 9% better than Patriots opponents. So Kickers somehow FORGOT how to make field goals against the Patriots? Obviously these FG kickers were moles intentionally missing a lot to help Tom to victory.
*In a big showdown game against Green Bay & Rodgers, Tom's Buccaneers somehow managed to do something only two teams EVER achieved:
NFL Games with Zero Turnovers, Zero Penalties, Zero Sacks, Since 1970
      1. Minnesota at L.A. Rams, Nov. 19, 1972,
      2. Indianapolis at Cleveland, Dec. 26, 1999,
      3. Tampa Bay vs. Green Bay, Oct. 18, 2020,
Huh? The enchanted world of Tom Brady even makes a pathetic also-ran team like the Bucs magically Patriot-like just by showing up? Suddenly due to Tom's extreme genius for the game of football the Bucs can now go unpenalized for ENTIRE games??? And can suddenly do things almost unheard of in league history???
PATRIOT O-LINE: ETERNAL DOMINATION (WITH BELOW-AVERAGE PLAYERS) In years where the league average pressure rate was 33 percent, Brady was pressured a ridiculous 14 percent less often than the average quarterback. And the Patriots did this with an offensive line made almost entirely out of patchwork parts.
Here's how the 2018 Patriots acquired those players:
      Brown, a seventh-round pick.
      Thuney was a third-round pick.
      Andrews an undrafted free agent.
      Mason, a fourth-round pick.
      Cannon, a fifth-round pick .
That's a full offensive line built out of mid- and late-round picks. That's pretty ridiculous. But that group was not sieve-like, which you would expect. Impossibly, it was the single best line in the league. And while Brady's pressure rate of 25.8 percent during the year was already absurdly low, it has plummeted to a completely ridiculous 15.6 percent in two postseason contests. In fact, Brady has not even been sacked during New England's run to the Super Bowl and he has been hit while throwing the ball only one time in 90 attempts.
...............................And he has been hit while throwing the ball only ONE TIME in 90 attempts.??? Against NFL elite pass rushers in playoff games??? IMMMPOSSSSSIBLE!!!
If you want an even more unbelievable Patriot stat it's 100-1 when ahead at the halftime. That is totally, totally impossible. The league average for this stat is 75% meaning a team will lose one in every four games when they lead at the half. It's utterly impossible to defy this average by only losing one in every 100.
      BRADYMAN: IMPOSSIBLE SUPER-PLAYER
You can add-up Tom's stats for the second half of three of his seasons from 2010 through 2012 where he achieved the impossible statistic of.............
      54 TDs and 3 INTs.
Huh? I mean...BRUH! It's basically a fact that nobody could do that against actual elite NFL competition. They have to be letting you score while at the same time intentionally dropping your passes for your INTs to be that low.
To accumulate 54 TDs you have to put a lot of passes in the air...in real competitive situations these passes would be intercepted more than 3 times.
*QBs get hit as they release the ball and it wobbles into the arms of defenders.
*Receivers mishandle the catch and it bounces into the defender's hands.
*Receivers slip just as the QB releases and it goes straight to the defender's waiting arms.
*QB cannot see defender hidden behind another player until the pass is released allowing hidden defender to intercept.
*Defenders occasionally make a perfect break on the pass and jump in front of the receiver to intercept.
Yeah, it is NOT POSSIBLE to completely avoid throwing interceptions for these reasons so the only explanation for Tom's video-game stats is that the opponents are allowing him to pass for completions and touchdowns while at the same time intentionally dropping his interceptable passes.
Patriots Consecutive Wins Seasons: Impossible Consistency
When compared to every other professional football team the Patriots appear to be twice the organization of even the next closest franchises. Their current streak of 19 consecutive seasons with at least 9 wins is simply unheard of.
Going to most consecutive 10 win seasons gets even crazier: Impossibly, the Patriots have amassed 17 such seasons in a row while the next best the league could manage was the chiefs with just 4 in a row. But if you think about it four consecutive 10 win seasons is a monumental accomplishment in the real world. Yet compared to the fantasy world of the Patriot dynasty this is just small potatoes.
Of all 30 other NFL teams no one can even manage more than two such seasons in a row, currently. This is because the league is filled with competition and premiere athletes - as well as random factors that can and do derail a team's season quite regularly - except for one magical team that seems totally immune to all of these factors for 17 straight years. An immunity from the tough realities of real-world sports competition under the bubble of a script.
Definitely the NFL is an entertainment concept and not a real competitive sport. Anytime a league has grown into a billion dollar entertainment it didn't happen by accident...they were deliberately altering the game to make it more entertaining to more people. Real contests can be boring at times. People will stop watching. The best players might not be great looking or have great personalities. That can't happen if billions are at stake. The stars must be selected and promoted. The best-looking and most marketable players must win and win big.
