I'm only shd 487 and have no like no expertise and barely max rolls but I'm skilled in division 1 pvp and after being off and on I decided to try builds all afternoon and I can say this build def was one of my favorite I'm currently maining it. The fact I ran out of ammo before medkits and killed 9 rogues and 2 heroic landmarks in one go is crazy. I have a clip of 2 guys just beaming the shit out of me and I just regen like crazy utilizing meditation with cathar mask. Needless to say I absolutely love this build and using it right grants mad survivability

Couple of newb questions, can you change both attributes and core attributes on a single gear piece or can only one attribute be changed per gear piece? I was trying to extract max armour core attribute(170,000) and max attribute critical hit damage (12%) from other pieces to add to one piece of Striker Gamble kneepad but it didn't work. Also how did you get two attributes of critical hit damage on your backpack?? Thanks for the any advice.

at min 2:50 you are wrong. Only in PVE you get 100% from Perfectly Efficient and 200% from Firewall. Remember, next time when you want to show us a PVP build use "Show Normalized" when you are in Specializations menu for PVP stats; for Inventory menu use "Item Details" (This option helps you show each item individually, on the right side of the screen, without leaving the menu.) then use "View PVP Stats" (Talents stats differ form PVE to PVP). Now, in your case ,for PVP, the Firewall with "Show Normalized" is 150% and AR DMG is 7%(form 15%). Perfecty Efficient with "View PVP Stats" is 50%(from 100%). 150% + 50% = 200%(that's just one way to see the numbers). Keep in mind that behind each percentage there is a fixed number, for example there is a fix number for that 150% which represents the final result of the percentage: your character's basic stats + 150% = ?fix number? Now here is my opinion: Perfecty Efficient says "Specialization armor kit bonuses are increased by 50%(forPVP)", the problem is Firewall has percentage(in our case 150% for PVP), how do you increse 150% by 50%? like this: >>your character's basic stats + 150% = ?fix number? [ because you need a fix number(base character stasts) to calculate that 150% ] now that "?fix number?" is increased by 50%
Hello, could you tell me which is the skill that zaps enemies and shocks them for a few seconds, it's not the shock trap ? Because in conflict I often get instantly shocked bye enemy player and am unable to move during 2 or 3 seconds but I don't know which skill that is.

With most so called fights in the DZ are such close encounters why not have 60% as the Crit Chance if using Coyote’s as your likely be within 15min the first coyote ‘perk’ range which does not give extra Crit Chance. If you use Coyote’s you should pick you Crit % based on the most common distance you fight at

Division PvP is a joke. A bunch of players in very close proximity turning in circles shooting. And the ones closest to the server wins as their bullets register first. And salty PVP players moan at PVE players for doing the same content. Every Division PVP fight is the same old thing. Just the gamer tags change
I with you on that the PvP is sweaty garbage I’m just doing it for the Rogue outfit I got 10 more levels to go before i complete the outfit and after that I’m never touching conflict again and that being closer to a server is so true I’m using a tank/Dps build 1.3 million armor and my main gun does 93.7k damage and I’ll some how die in 3 hits to a dude running all blues

You can only change one attribute. And I have a mod equipped on my backpack. 🙂

You're welcome! You can optimize the attribute to max it out in the tinkering station. And yes, you can change only one attribute you don't want.
