The hakkushin ring doesnt buff electro charged, it buffs Ororon and Fischl, since only those can trigger an electro reaction with Sucrose. with the 40% electro dmg Ororon gives with Cinder city, + 70% skill damage from Fischl's golden troupe, and also Ororon's twilight bow giving more %dmg bonus, i'd say Sacrificial is better for sucrose since more em will be shared with the team, swirls/electrocharged will all do more damage and you get better energy and grouping with the extra skill. Thrilling tales also would be better, but it just buffs 1 party member while Sacrificial's em buffs everybody, and also gives more spotlight to electrocharged :)
