Yeah, but it is unviable in Gorakhpur. It's a DEMAND vs Supply thing. In Gorakhpur, such a mall will have visitors, but not enough for it to become profitable. We are already having new malls being built here though. While the biggest right now is Orion Mall, I hear 1-2 malls that are among Uttar Pradesh's largest are under construction.
