as a reyna main, it was really upsetting that no one picked reyna until immo. it’s so free since you can see the clones in ult. even without that though, her kit is really useful for challenges like this. when you’re in a pinch, you can just dismiss and take a sec to look all around you, and you can heal if someone gets damage off. it’s kinda busted
i was tilted the entire time, because reyna just makes this challenge a breeze. I mean the entire gimmick of the yoru clone just disappears, how tf could you even lose
They agreed not to use reyna in the beginning because of that exact reason, they were saying that she should be banned.
Reyna mains are tools
We know man reynas just really boring in these challenges; in any 1v9 she can just dismiss and heal and it’s pretty useful but it’s so much more entertaining seeing movement agents like raze, neon, jett or yoru than the most basic character in the game.
eggwick said it, reyna was always being picked in challenges like these and it was getting pretty repetitive
and he and the chat talked about banning her but eggwick decided to only ban her until seeing how op she actually is, we only see her in immo which is the last rank
pro tip. gekko flash doesn't target yoru clones. they can still be blinded if another player is nearby but they will never be directly squirted on.

i think omen on icebox with odin as attacker would really work since he can bait them to A and ult to B to plant and the yoru's wont be able to rotate fast enough to stop him from planting and then get to the high ground using his shrouded step (teleport) ability

Thinking on this challenge now, the better way to do is with Phoenix, Viper or Brimm, just throw their skills on the ground and wait for them to come.
he prolly banned them (the agents) from being picked because viper or phoenix could just use infinite abilities and it would be too easy (they also have infinite ultimates)

Idk if anyone noticed this or not. But a possible cheat to win this one would be simply using the clones against the yorus themselves. If you observe, when you shoot a clone, all clones and other yorus get blinded except for the owner of that clone. In this way the guy could just shoot one clone while obviously avoiding the flash. Now he would get 1-2 seconds to identify the owner (80-90% accuracy, because some clone just might be saved from that flash due to their positioning). Moreover, he could also identify some of the other yorus, because while playing valorant it becomes a natural habit to avoid getting flashed by flicking to left/right, so he could himself see which clones (which actually are the other yorus) tried to avoid the flash and changed their line of movement due to that. In this way one can easily win.
Obviously easier said than done. But i have a suggestion, include mumbai server guys too for such challenges, you may get really creative plays like this from there.

@@aryangupta112 They do actually, i'm very aware of that since i'm a Yoru main, often happened to me to Throw my clone hear the Pop then tp back the one that shot it and also getting blinded
@@Neraiuchii I have also played yoru. Never got blinded by it popping in front of me. I think maybe if you are ahead of it facing it, then you may get blind, but being behind it doesn't blind you. I have tested that today itself in another game.

this challenge is so easy I don't know how they even failed first of all the yoru's didn't throw away their classic meaning that you can distinct the clones between the actual players and you wanna be defender first you can wait until it's 20 seconds then find whoever has spike and is trying to plant after you kill them you can spray spike until you win and after you switch you immediately go to a site plant and just camp on a high building where they can't get to you and spray spike

I understand the concept of letting the Yorus spam clones, but letting them do it infinitely to lag out the game is straight up unfair for the oppsing player. But I guess it wouldnt be a Eggwick challenge video if there wasn't some way to pad it and make it so only the high elos can have a chance of success.

I like these challenge ideas but I don't like it if they start then make the challenge easier or harder after people have already gone. It should be experimented first then played or keep the challenge the same throughout.
