Funeral directors are unregulated, yes that’s right, this industry is completely unregulated! 😮 in this day and age this kind of business should never be unregulated. It’s a no wonder the funeral costs have gone up probably now well over 40% in the last 10 years. This came up about four years ago in government but as usual, nothing gets done… seriously I wonder how many people know that this industry is seriously unregulated. It’s a no wonder they can just make up prices all on their own without anyone looking over their shoulder. Personally I’ve heard some real real horror stories.
You portray the government had wrongly overpaid the carers then claimed it back; they didn't. The carers had income they didn't declare, as a such they received more carers allowance than they were entitled to, the government found out and are getting the overpayment back. This is taxpayers money, so instead of criticising the government you should be pleased.
Pleae stop giving Josh stories involving the word "nuclear", until he learns to pronounce it correctly (i.e. it's not "nuc-u-lar"). It's driving me mad!
