Definitely a replaced top brush. all of the NZ Ultracleans were installed with two-tone blue brushes, but the Premier XL's (later model) had blue & red. Later brush replacement used newer colours (The only Ultraclean left in Wellington used to have two-tone blue, but all of the brushes are now red & blue).
S.G. Ghost Porirua, however the brushes have been replaced. It is in fact the only Ultraclean left anywhere in Wellington, as all the Clatex ones have gone.
I have seen ECL Group there quite a bit lately doing Repairs/Maintenance so I presume that they must of fixed that error since we last were there. I have since put my Car through and it was working very well - got all the bird dirt off :-)
My Friend and myself are currently looking around for more automatic wash systems, I cant believe people actually enjoy watching these videos LOL. But we don't mind filming and posting them. We have alot of WashTec systems and I know of a couple of Istobal Systems as well.

How come the top brush is making that noise on your vehicle at 1:49, 1:50, 1:51, 1:52, 1:56, 3:37, 3:38, 3:39, 3:43?
Dunno about this machine, its rather antiquated and your lucky if you get detergent or wax!! I think its the last one like this in our city.

Now why are the dryers sound weak without sound shields? Is that how their made for international customers?
2021 Update: Car wash reopened and this system has been replaced by an Istobal M'nex22 with Dark Blue brushes
They make the Van shake like crazy from inside, almost feels like they would break your glass

All 5 brush systems have front brushes to clean the front parts of the vehicle where the rear brushes can't reach.
