Sir as you have stated that...If President reserves the bill of state,state law will prevail..means President has power over this... But Sir, according to the article 74,the President shall work on the aid and advise of the Prime minister and Council of ministers. Isn't it is contradicting?
Note changes...2020 President can make laws regarding good governance in 5 UTs (ladakh has been added) President is empowered to direct certain laws are not applicable in tribal areas of Tripura, Meghalaya and Mizoram
