    Bravo. Every culture with its own traditions serving and praising the LORD. Because God loves diversity. He created it. Thank you for posting. God bless all nations on His wonderful planet.

    I remember this show. My wife was just to the right of the state. She is an artist and had been invited to paint during the performance. It was a great night.

    Great song Broken Walls.....Jonathan, what a blessing you are with your powerful, anointed voice. I bet the Angels are dancing around the throne with every beat of your awesome praise songs. Keep up the great work of God! You no doubt make Him smile every time you lift up your voice in Praise toward heaven. God bless.

    really wierd! The feeling i had listening. I could instantly feel the presence of GOD. its a good break from all the current christian songs that have no spirit but flesh and demons. THIS is true worship.

      Cross walker, I live near a Creek Indian owned piece of land, where they come to hold pow wows. I have a tree down in the forest where I go to pray and seek God's face and the festivals the Creek's have, ARE FLESH!! They APPEAR to be native American worshipping, but they know not WHO they worship. Just this week they held a memorial day pow wow and my PRAYER TREE is directly across a dirt road from the Creek's. I listened as they yelled, screamed, beat on drums and the SPIRIT of OUR CREATOR began to MOVE and HE BEGAN to use MY MOUTH, MY LIPS to SPEAK in Psalms, songs, to THESE PEOPLE, and they packed up that VERY HOUR and LEFT!!!! I RETURN to this prayer tree EVERY MORNING, NOON and EVENING. The language in which God speaks through me, is NATIVE AMERICAN, even though I only speak English. He sings in native American, speaks native American, dances NATIVE AMERICAN. I do not know what NATIVE TONGUE, just that HE IS!! Saying all of this to say this, there is a REAL and there is a COUNTERFEIT!

    what are the lyrics to this song what language?

    • @KirbyFranklin
      @KirbyFranklin 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Believe it is Ojibway. Essentially "You are Holy; I dance before you; I lift my hands to you." In alternating english and indigenous languages.

    • @JonathanMaracle
      @JonathanMaracle 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is the Ojibway language.

      @@JonathanMaracle Where can I find the lyrics? I'd like to see them written down for my church to sing.

    What language is this?

  • @Wabanunk
    @Wabanunk 15 ปีที่แล้ว

    Gitchi manito is an Ojibwe word what is this really as I am slightlty confused. I suppose it is nice but as far as the blending of rock n roll and Anishenabe words these words are reserved for Ceremonial songs so is this a Ceremenoy?

    • @JonathanMaracle
      @JonathanMaracle 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it was a ceremony of worship to the Creator while in Ebametoong among the Anishinabeg.
