I can’t believe they didn’t include Baker Mayfield in that. When the opposing defensive line shifted to try to confuse him a mic picked up Baker saying “that was fucking cute guys”
I love these real "mic'd up" moments because now you begin to realize how phony the ones are where the players all know they're being recorded - you know where they all tell each other "hey good try" and then they all laugh together. This is how they really talk and I think we all knew it. I love things that are real - not constructed for marketing. Thanks for posting this one.
7:25 Yep, every sport has emotional heated moments. It's one of the best part of sports. It's the only place where it's normal and excepted to scream your head off at everyone and anyone.
You have to remember that when you see the micd up segments they are edited by the networks or the league. I believe a lot of the interactions in those are also genuine. It just seems like they happen more bc that’s all the network can show. Lol
These are always great. I got a technical foul in high school basketball just for yelling "You've gotta be fucking kidding me!" It was a small crowd so it really echoed in the gym haha
These moments where profanity winds up on tv or picked up by the referee's mics, costs the players big money. The league imposes fines on those players. Sometimes it can be tens of thousands of dollars.
I would love to hear the players talking like this during the regular telecast. It's an emotional game.

Jay Cutler screaming "Tell him I said FUCK HIM!" is a glaring omission.
