There is quite a bit you can do with this machine. If you can’t afford an sp, then use this as an alternative. Run it through some outboard gear and sample it into the MPC or your daw. I think it’s worth the price.
Aiyyo that Fill function is pretty dope, but not worth picking this up this over a used MPC One or IMO even the 404 Mk2. Thanks for showing this though!
@@Exkopr Joe, thank you for mentioning this. The 1200 videos are completely different since they do take a lot longer to film/edit and I know most audience really likes watching the MPC videos but this makes me happy to see that there are some that’s still want the 1200 videos. I’ll definitely be doing more on these
I don’t see the point of this machine. Nothing against it, but I can’t find any situation in which I would use it. You’re completely dependent on the computer and samples need to be edited before assigning them to the pads. To me, it’s just like a fancy MIDI controller with some cool features. Dope content though, as always 💪🏼
Roland AIRA P-6 has this beat... except for the stupid display on it. Lower price. Actual sampler. Better stats. Not Chinese. More portable. Makin' beats on the john and that don't sound like arcade music is finally possible! Still. MPC. :)

@@ascendedmasta hey brother, thank you for showing up and dropping by. 🤜🏼🤛🏼 this type of input is always valuable. I really appreciate you, brother.
@@malobeats Appreciate you as well. You're an inspiration and love the content. Peace!
Aux in looks like you can record into it. That’s an input just a 1/8 stereo. Unless it is there to just play through the device
Those faders look tight
how does this compare to Roland Tr-6s ?
You still using the SP1200 for making beats?
@@Exkopr oh absolutely, the 1200 has been getting used much more than I was expecting before I purchased it.
@@malobeats great. Looking forward for more videos on it.

Agree. For a few hundred bucks I'd rather get a cheap iPad and use one of the many fully functional DAWs like Beatmaker 3.
@@adm_90 thank you brother I really appreciate you taking the time to share your input. Much love and blessings, brother.
Bro you need to get the Roland p6! Best cheap sampler out there
@@pdelonn thanks man I’mma look into this. I’ve never heard of it, but I’m always open to trying new machine machines out. Thank you for chiming in.
