Have you ever seen Due South? It was a fun cop show from the 90s. They did a great actor swap where the actor who played Ray (one of the central detective characters) was replaced- in the continuity of the show, when the new actor shows up, he’s introduced as a new cop who is impersonating Ray while he’s on an undercover assignment. From then on, the new cop takes over Ray’s life and the switch is never acknowledged again. Due South was great 👍 (but not as great as The Weekly Planet am I right?!)

Due to people being unsure if Teen Titans was part of the DCAU and given that Batman literally name drops them in Static Shock, I always assumed the events of Teen Titans is in continuity but the more exaggerated elements is just Dick Grayson remembering it more fondly. Alternatively it's an in universe adaptation about the team which would not only explain why they don't have secret identities, but I'm pretty sure one of the comics has an Easter egg showing people watching the cartoon on tv.
I would be super down for a Bane origin story, especially if they actually nail the essence of who the character is and don't whitewash him again. That being said the best Bane ever is without a doubt the Bane from DCU's Harley Quinn show.
