That's why I enjoy your videos so much. You get it. When she says, 'some people are never fine', there is a profound depth in that statement that even some people who are never fine don't understand. She's just so genuine, and genuinely a wonderful human being. We can all learn from her example.

You are so right! What draws me to Aurora …. Her music is just a portion of it. I LOVE discovering new music and if I had just heard her in a clip, I would have dismissed her because her voice is not is not what I typically like to listen to. I heard her for the first time while watching her video Runaway, then The Seed, then her covers, then her live and interviews. She has a very unique look on life and I not only fell in love with her music but her as well. I get the impression that she is an old soul who has been here many times and as her lyrics in Half the World Away - “ my body feels young but mind is very old” and she wrote these lyrics when she was very young and she has “going home” in so many of her songs. In one interview she lays out her intent of how many albums and what they represent as her journey and goal. As a side note to the discussion about people asking “How are you?” And their response is “fine” when they are not. For me, what I discovered is that many people use “How are you” as a greeting and really don’t want to know how you are doing.. so I have been conditioned to answer “fine, great…etc” because of the negative response I got when answering honestly has not been positive unless they are a close friend or close relative

Different, it sums up Aurora perfectly. I had the pleasure of her company for about 10 minutes last March. Her way of looking and more importantly, listening to me, was a revelation. She saw City Hall, Newcastle, as "beautiful", I had never really looked at it before.
Her solo rendition of this song is, again, so different. She is always at her best live.
