Hauntings, i think, go with the land because i lived in a house with a little girl ghost she liked to press a button on a toy tea pot my daughter had. But there was no record of any death in the house, so idk.
It's interesting because there are places haunted by spirits that didn't pass away at the location but nowhere near it. But it was a place they went to a lot when they were alive. The video of the investigation of one of the dolls will be out soon.
