Anyone who dumps on OS, just hasn't used her enough. One of my first 6*, and she is right up there with Herc in my lineup. Utility god tier, if not dmg.
She's realy far from being beyond god imo. Got her as 7* yesterday and im not rly impressed tbh. 1) She stacks debuffs on MEDIUM. You want to spam MM a lot, but after medium finisher AI is super passive, 2) Which doesnt help, since you also need HEAVY or it runs out 3) Kinda meh dmg output for all that fucking around she requires
She is very good. The problem rn is she needs full combos to maximize damage and control and AI now are really passive or sporadic. She has an amazing kit
The thing I love about her is that her damage is consistent and very solid, it may not be mind blowing but it’s enough.

Also she's good on Power Shield with sp3, cause incinerates/plasma melt down anyone
I wanna see someone use regular Sentinel. Very curious to what his damage looks like at r5, cause he's got great utility now that I look back at him.

Pretty decent DoT and invincible against Specials if you bring Lady D.
