- What a year, what a ride, and what an incredible feeling it is to be able to celebrate what it means to be a father. For us, we celebrate fathers' day every day, but as a once a year designated celebratory date, we took it all in stride and finally got together with our family for the very first time in nearly a year-and-a-half.

I loved how the boys were so confused at the beginning of the video. Who are all these people to loving every minute of it. I'm so glad you had a wonderful 1st Father's Day. I'm so excited for the birthday video.
I love that the boys are going to be hearing Spanish and English spoken, hopefully more Spanish than English. It would be a huge shame if they don’t grow up speaking your mother tongue with you both and with your families. They will hear English everywhere they go so please do them a great service and speak to them in Spanish in the house. My nephews speak French and English fluently for that reason. I’ll get down from my soapbox now and end saying how much I am enjoying watching your journey. The boys are beautiful and watching them grow is so much fun. And you two are amazingly honest about the ups and downs of parenting and people need to here and see this real world version of parenting. Much love from North of the 49th 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
