- Let's Play Megadimension Neptunia VII Part 41! We've reached our first ending! The bad ending! The CPUs fall and Gameindustri becomes a ruined world!
This is a blind Let's Play of Megadimension Neptunia Victory II, so careful with spoilers!
Megadimension Neptunia Victory II is the first Neptunia game from the series to be released on the PS4 (Though for some reason it's not Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II). This will be recorded at 60fps to take advantage of TH-cam's Higher bitrate!
Megadimension Neptunia Victory II's story continues after the events of Mk2 and Victory. Gamindustri is the the midst of the 'CPU Shift' period and the CPUs become worried that they will soon be replaced as CPUs. During this troubling time Nep and Nepgear vanish and find themselves in Zero Dimension where they meet Uzume.

In all honesty I'm not even surprised that Neptune did that to Nepgear, I mean remember all of the crap that Nepgear pulled in Victory.
I think it'd be a cool spin off game which talks about the bad ending and maybe how the characters left could maybe seek refuge in Ultradimension and then the Ultradimension CPU's + The sisters and gold third and everyone else vs the Hyperdimension CPUs +Kurome
That would be nice but unfortunately their to busy making a billion remakes.
In this episode, the CPUs go full on Iris Heart on the Candidates and Co.

1.still better than the conquest ending
2.This is basically a ''screw you lazy'' ending
3.If you know jrpgs you check everything,so most(including me) Jrpg veterans didnt get this ending first but i can see how some people got this ending.

After Bad Ending story
sonic, mario, link, cloud vs 4 evil goddess
Objective: kill the 4 evil goddess

Objective: kill the Kurome

It's funny that in this ending, people hate the CPUs more than they hate the evil Uzume. I mean she IS the one that caused all this. Also for all those who hate the CPUs even if they're 'brainwashed' is like hating an innocent person who didn't do shit.
She brainwashed them to be Sadistic?!
yup. she basically fucked with them so much that she mind broke them completely. sure it show's them "living their real dreams" but in actuality she's the one controlling their actions and pulling the strings. they're not actually concious of what they're doing. that's why when they come back they're all like "wtf was i doing?!" Purple Heart herself states, in her own exact words, "i don't hate Nepgear, i don't even dislike her." when just moments before she said that she despised her and wanted to kill her when she was under kurume's control.
Theyre not allowed to be brainwashed. They should crush Kurome.
Well, when I see this, I see only one solution : go to Ultradimension, and ask Plutia to come and "teach" a lesson to those CPUs... ah the feeling it would be to see Iris Heart make them pay for that.
Would solve a lot if Plutia was here
Blaze Flarer Eclipse Imagine if the Plutia scout was in the dungeon as the bad ending happened and that actually stopped it from happening and then the CPU's get whipped into shape again
That would make for a interesting little easter egg / alt route to the normal or good ending.

Well Purple Heart was acting real fucked up in this ending. Atleast Nepgear survived.

I mean like you have to admit that Purple Heart strangling her sister until she slowley dies is fucking messed up . If big nep did'nt save Nepgear then she would be dead. She would've died a slow painful death..............
All I thought of when seeing Neptune strangling Nepgear was "Where the hell is Iris Heart? This is the perfect time for her to stop this" but then, from what I've heard, she isn't in this game so bleh...

It bugs me now because, I don't think at any point Historie or anyone else mentions that the portal to the Ultradimension is shut and considering Plutia and Peashy are Scout DLCs, why not actually make them DLC characters like Millionaire Arthur? Also, the excuse of "Oh, too many characters already" then you haven't seen Victory/Re Birth 3 which, will all DLC, ends with 28 characters.
At 13:16 Neptune creep me out when she keep saying Nep.jr Nep.jr why look at her face when she said that.

All 4 CPUs are corrupted by Kurome Ankokuboshi and the CPU candidates are all in big trouble, will they use all their strength to save their sisters or just run away like cowards after making it this far??

And another thing, in terms of endings, this is worse than the conquest ending. In terms of drama is obviously the conquest ending. If you're asking me how this ending is worse, then tell me what happens to gamindustri if 4 CPUs/Dark CPUs and all the Arfoires along with Kurome are invading?

if you think about it the conquest ending would still be worse because at least in this one they would have a chance to defend them self but if you think back to the conquest ending there was someone who pointed out what if nepgear were to end up snapping and go on a rampage with her having her own power plus the power of all the cpu and cpu candidates who could fight her?
That is a prediction. She hasn't gone on a rampage in terms of what the ending told us. This ending is a guaranteed to happen once they get to Hyperdimension because they explained it just before the credits.

Also i read a bit but do you think the true ending is gonig to be a pain in the ass to get?
+ScarfaceGuru You'll probably need to grind a bit at the start and on Noire's route! But most of the game you'll be fine to just progress!
And naaa, true ending is fairly simple tbh

after seeing this, 1: I kind've cried a little for gearsy when she was getting strangled. (she's my fav) and 2: every time I battled in-game I had neptune die on purpose....
It's always Nepgear who gets this bad stuff happen to her :(
KARMA for Conquest Ending!
overall plot was trash for the bad ending, but the dialogue was amazing, like I can see the reason Neptune would snap and try to take nepgears life, even if it is against her character. but at least the dialogue was amazing. I guess the "psycho" in the CPU's was pretty sick, and pretty easy to call but back to the dialogue, the dialogue saved this ending for me lol. I had many a good laugh from it.

Well they could have had Septune (sadistic Neptune) with a good story but ya know, no casual player seeks out the bad ending, most play through for the happy friendship power ending, so them skimping on the bad end had better make the true end worthy of nerdgasming all over my screen, and not cleaning it up for a week in memory of the ending

that sounds familiar but i dont remember what that is. Also on a different note, i find it funny how this scene is never mentioned again like you would expect something like "hey neptune, remember that one time you strangled me and enjoyed it? cause i do" to come up eventually

When I saw this ending; I wanted to kill Neptune and the other CPUs for doing this even when brainwashed but I considered an alternative by beating them locking them underneath each of their respective cities alone in the dark forever while Trillion just happens to pass by and starts munching on heart dimension. That'll be a sight to see.
I also would have had Uzume erase the memories of Neptune and CPUs so as to protect Gamindustri from knowing where they located and incidentally freeing them; that way Nepgear and CPU candidates take over their sister's place and have each of their peoples believe in them instead so as to increase their powers to CPU level while their sisters are rotting away.
+holyforce000 I would have had Gold Third become guardians of each nation's CPU in case of back up. Uzume would have to stay in Zero Dimension to keep her other self in check while Trillion keeps on eating Heart Dimension which keeps regenerating but probably can't move
+holyforce000 Since Trillion keeps eating away at the power that sustains Heart Dimension; the effort to move one dimension to another would consume alot of power just to do it
But wouldn't there be an inherent risk that Trillion could then come to Hyperdimension?
+TheTwitGamer not really, remember heart dimension is supported by all the negative energy from hyperdimension so it will keep regenerating itself unless it eats the core which is Uzume's life force; but since there are the dark CPUs guarding it they can try (and fail) to repel it.
