I still hurt and was also thinking of un-aliving myself 😢 but i realised I have bad karma since early childhood and sought forgiveness from God and the person I hurt. I have surrendered to universe now. What happened,happened. I let that guy go
I went through something similar to your situation with a guy and it gave me anxiety for 2 years. I’ve healed from it and met another guy. Brings me a lot of happiness and peace. That guy from the past is a loser and it’s over. I wish you the best!
