Yooo i got it After doing the "are you human verification" they send a code to ur number, put in the code and press next when u see the please wait loading screen off ur data or wifi immediately then go back to the beginning of the process Switch ur data or wifi on and do the process again this time (the putting of the name, country and all that) don't switch off ur data or wifi this time, leave it on through the whole process it will automatically skip that qr code stuff.
If it says "unusual network or device environment", you need to try again until you no longer recieve the "unstable network" message Just be consistent on creating an account because it took me 2 days before I finally created that account..
