- Alright, here's the deal. There's a Deathwing in this deck and he gets drawn a decent amount. How often is he actually useful? Bonus points to anyone who pays close enough attention to catch the Kripp cameo.

The faceless, big game hunter combo would make most people cry, I'm glad Trump didn't go that far.
I have to tell about what happened in arena today... So turn 1 I coined out a mana wraith, I tought it would be a decent play against a druid since he wont be able to kill it right away. Turn 2 I gave it Divine Shield with the spell card. To counter that the druid played a mad bomber. Ok, I'm thinking, probably gonna take off the shield and maybe 1 hp but no... The bomber hits the wraith with ALL THREE tosses...

Too much investment (coin and divine shield). Better off summoning a 1/1 turn 2 over putting divine shield on wraith. Better yet, you should just not coin wraith since it's a meh play. It's not even a card worthy of the shield. Yeh that's pretty unlucky but that's how Bomber goes. Many games bomber gives a player crazy card advantage, but what can ya do about it?
I've had worse situations where bomber fails to hit the 1hp guy of my opponent but instead kos my 3hp dude. That's probably the worst luck, and it'll happen eventually. Just gotta deal with it.

Hand of Protection is a mediocre card, made worse when used preemptively, made worse when used on a crap minion like Mana Wraith, which you coined into without a proper turn 2 play. I'd say you deserved it.

Last night I had a dream about a fantasy card. Nothing fancy, it was just a 3 for a 3/4 and I was thinking "Why isn't anyone playing this? It's so great!" Then I woke up.

Nikos A You can't SEE numbers, but since dreams aren't actual images, but feelings, you can "feel" what numbers you "see" in dreams, if they're important enough. You don't have to see something for it to feel real or right. Just look at christians. Mass-delusion!
@@iluvatarchem I know this is 4 years later lol, but Ive had a lot of gaming related dreams where I 100% did see numbers, item level on titanforges in wow dreams and stuff like that.. I know thats ultra nerdy
well m8 then you are out of the physical spectrum. It's more likely that you saw blurred images that you've associated with numbers.. The science goes something like: "Reading, writing, and most aspects of language are nearly impossible to use while dreaming" and YES this is nerdy af:P

I just finished a run...I was 9-0 w/ rogue, but it ended in 3 mages running pyroblast. They don't care for my fucking board control. They just run double pyroblast. I'm done with this mage bullshit damn it! Remove the fucking pyroblast! *rage mode on*.

I started 7-0 as a rogue yesterday. I ran into a Druid who stomped me. Requeued and got the same druid who must have drawn the exact same hand because it was just a replay of the last match. Then I got beat by a mage right after. Finish 7-3. So Disappointing.
It's a game made by Blizzard. Its purpose is to make money, not to be fair. Yu-Gi-Oh is 10 times more diverse and balanced than this pile of bullshit.
obionedogan Even though you have to pay 100 times more than hearthstone to acquire a deck that's actually decent...also good like finding someone to play it with.
I had a mage pretty much completely waste two cards thanks to bomber. Turn one secret keeper, i then play loot hoarded. He gambles with bomber killing his secret keeper, dealing 1 damage to himself and leaving bomber to die by loot hoarded.
lol that's what happens when you gamble. The mage was dumb for playing secretkeeper turn one though. Paladin can turn 1 play it but mage's secrets cost 3. You gotta combo it with a secret so it's a 2/3 for 1.

ALso this was his second faceless, wich he topdecked at the exact right moment.
This is why I think the arena deck building algorithm is so bad. There should be limits in place so that some people won't come out with god decks while others only have poor ones. There needs to be a middling factor. But then again, Hearthstone is sorta one of the worst designed CCGs ever. So much RNG.
Arche Knight You realize that that is the entire point of arena? It is a draft. Admittedly not as fun as other ccg drafts but a draft nonetheless. The point is to make the best deck possible with the given cards. Now one thing that I can agree they could add to make it more fun and strategic is overpicking the number of cards. Say they let you pick 40 cards then build a 30 card deck from the pool of 40. That way you can avoid some bad picks you were forced to take and have more angle when it comes to deckbuilding.
Arthusii Odinson I'm not saying that they should get rid of drafting, just place limits on it so that it isn't broken.

It's done in editing before the videos go up on TH-cam. It's no addon or anything, and he doesn't have it available while playing.

Thanks trump for these great vids and showing how to pick cards. I just got 12-0 with a pretty bad mage deck! It had no pyros and they were really all common cards. Luckily I only came across a few Sylvanas' and Cairnes, so I got it pretty easy, Alexstrasza did save me once though.
Pyro isn't that required in a mage deck since their nerf.

Ive been thinking about thrallmar farseer, what if instead of being a 3 mana 2/3 with windfury it was a 2 mana 2/3 with windfury but after first attacking loses its windfury? Means you can attack twice the turn you first attack but only once every turn after that. What do you think?
Would instantly make it the best 2 drop since it can trad with a one drop and a two drop that early rather easily.

i wouldnt be able to play deathwing against mage, because I would be afraid of the: "Well played" *polymorph* combo they seem to always have
If they only have 1 card, and you lose only a card or two in the process, why not? Worst case scenario is what happened to Trump, second worst scenario is it gets polymorphed. Average scenario is you win the game. :)

that's his crew working for him, there's no such option. alternatively, you can use pen and paper, which i do.

I don't think it's worth the effort to keep track. The only usefulness it serves is telling you 100% what the last card in your deck is. How many games of Hearthstone actually last that long? Not many, and even if they do last that long, the knowledge of what the last card is is unlikely to help. If you need probability of drawing a certain card, you just need to remember how many of that card you have and how many you've used in game. Not a difficult thing to do for a game that's on average ten to fifteen or so turns long.
It's a post recording addition for us watching on YT, nothing in game or mod

That 11-1 game was the worst thing to ever happen in Heartstone...
The Faceless Manipulator into Big Game Hunter play was just wow.... He was holding onto that Faceless Manipulator for almost 5 turns and that top deck Big Game Hunter was so devastating... So sad.
