I like to think that originally the idea was that the NEO body was too much for Spamton, so the body was more NEO control than Spamton and the battle would be Spamton desperate with helplessness to be in an even worse state of freedom while Kris tries at least disable him without any other option
People say this would fit as a replacement for BIG SHOT during Snowgrave, but to me, this sounds more like what would play if Spamton had a final desperation attack or something instead of raising his defense. Something about it just screams urgency and desperation.

I personally like BIG SHOT better than this, I'm glad Toby improved it, but this is fine too. I could imagine this would play at a last-second resort after Spamton NEO's HP drops to a low number, or when Spamton only has 5 strings to cut left.
The World Revolving or the fandom name "Freedom" in this theme really should be repurposed. It's a lot darker, and the secret boss is said to be impossible to beat without the Sky Mantle. It's just fitting for a stronger boss.
