I tried it, it was really yummy, but i didn't have wholè lamb leg , rather small pieces , for me 1 hour 30 min time was enough , in this time even some pieces were burnt from below.
Can you make a video on the electric oven itself , how can we use it's different options for baking , I am confused about one of the switch which has many signs on it . I only know 2 of them heating from above and below and the fan between it

Which foil u have used to cover, also i see roti on it...... May i know why u cover it?

Never use aluminium foil in microwave.. it is dangerous

mine is in the oven sinds 2hours now.i put bake paper en alumunion folie to cover it up
When u said grill for 10minutes how did you do that please?
Put on grill in the oven for 10 mins. There is a grill option in the oven.

I tried and baked it for 1.5 hrs instead of 2.5 hours at 200 C but even at 1.5 everything was overcooked and burnt but the taste was good
Try reducing the temp to 170
