Spen and Alex: I'm 16 bound to turn 17 and I started CrossFit in July. It was pretty hard at first, but now it's worth it (6 months later). It builds muscle quickly. I nearly had no stamina when I began but I've increased it. I suggest you keep doing it, you'll love it. Cheers lads

If you didn't like cross fit, you guys should try a martial art. It's brilliant for your fitness and it's something to learn and understand, plus it's something you can update all of us on what you've done etc. So you could do: Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo etc. But I'd say Jiu Jitsu is the best for a couple to do, it means you can help each other and doesn't necessarily mean the bigger/stronger person has an advantage making it easier. Just a suggestion, love the content, keep it up.
