Jai Hind Ganesh Bhai👍. If we look at this new project, the Building is joined together with the adjacent building on right hand side & on left hand side the video couldn't capture clearly. Here the main concern will be for the society. There is no compound wall seperating one building from the other. This will create problems during society formation & Conveyance Deed. This should have been taken care by the builder before project commencement. There is a risk here to invest. Thanks.
CIDCO only gave permission to construct like that and there will be no structural issues for society to convince
