Taking a Rally and How to Set it up - Lords Mobile

- In this video I will go over an easy and cheap way to setup to take a rally in Lords Mobile.
1st you want to make sure you have plenty of T1 archers i recommend between 8 to 14 million. DO not exceed 14 million because the cap is 14 million for T1.
Next decide if you want to go infantry or cavalry for stats. I recommend infantry because building infantry and range gear are extremely easy to do and you will wind up with some really good stats.
Last? You want to make sure that you have reinforcements of all 1 troop type and defend in the phalanx of that troop. I would recommend defending in a cavalry formation because most people will send range heavy infantry at you especially if they know you have that many T1 range.

if we see guys being rein'd cav we'd normally send full ranged rally at it with the new mythic update stats are over 700% for 1 troop type. does a ton of damage

you could take a rally for sure. I dont know if you could take a T4 Rally from gold champ 80 skin+ yodda yodda and still walk away un harmed if you dont have decent stats
Can you answer a couple of questions I have Vnn?
Firstly if someone has reason to believe you're in a cavalry phalanx are they not just likely to send full range at you? That would seriously mess you up. If you are in infantry phalanx and are ranged heavy, a full cav march to counter you would hurt the attacker far more right? Can you explain your logic behind this please?
Secondly why do you used defence jewels in your gear?
I do not use any defense jewels in any of my gear. I use champion jewels. You are looking to much into it Ry Ry, If you "guess" i'm in such a formation and get it correct you're still not going to do much damage with this setup. if you send 100% range at me i will just switch to infantry and destroy your rally. I'm ok with taking some personal losses because the build requires max infirms so a minimum of 600k+ troops can go to infirms with 0 dead. This setup is to soak rallies is all.
I saw def jewels in your coronet and skullcrusher.
And doesn’t switching to inf phalanx require you to be firstly online, and secondly have enough time to view what’s being sent to you when the rally marches? If you have enough troops with the right comp you can eat a full cav rally in inf phalanx offline and in the wrong gear even. That’s much harder in a cav phalanx if you’re hit with full range?

I don't understand how formations work so if i'm inf range in what pahalanx do i defend or atack?
If you are inf/range you should defend in cavalry phalanx and attack in a cavalry wedge.

No T3 they are bad. Go T2 and T3 range maybe... but like 1m each t4 and you can counter rallies if you are good at switching, have good gear, good stuff ya know?

You don't lose any troops this way you go all infirmaries and you eat rally after rally from gold champ 11k hero max castle skin max research castles. Also you keep your might low too so more people want to rally you.

No not really. Siege are useless.
What do you think about 2m each t4 and 2m each t2?
This is way better than the T1. T1 in my opinion suck defending rallies. Also, lots of people going with the 5m each T2, 1m each T3 and no less than 500k T4. Yes this is more might than the T2 and T4 option but you can take triples easily.
Mr. Scott We just zeroed someone going for this kind of set up and let me tell you it hurt a ton! Was in MH gear ate more than a few rallies when we finally walked back he had over 20 mil troops 10 mi t2 cav 8+ mil t2 range 500k t2 inf 500k each t4 and some t3. His trap wasn’t fully complete and it still took a lot for us to get the zero. We ruined his plans tho lol
What I don’t like about defending in cav phalanx is that once 50% of your frontline it down it starts eating into your ranged troops in the second line. Now this may work for single rally but most big rally leaders are hitting either full cav on the first hit or 505 because those are generally the safest types of first hits you can send even if the target has anti. Either of those hits will chew through reins as a player with the gear and heroes to match fully jewelled up are hitting 600-700% atk where most players defending are struggling to get 400%. That’s not to say that a player might not still bounce that first rally but if it’s a double rally incoming and both hit blindly in 505 the loss will be massive on the second. The issue being that once your frontline is eliminated you are a sitting duck to guilds willing to spend the rss to get the zero. And guilds that have spent to have gold champs and $11k heroes are more than willing to oblige.
That’s not to say I disagree with using cav to take a cav hit, but I feel like having more of a balance leaves you more flexible to defend in any formation with any type of reins. It all predicated on your infirmary space and wall heroes however. To go more balanced you need army atk heroes on the wall.
I guess trying to trap on a budget works to a point but a budget trap is still a risk.
