This is perhaps the best reality show on TH-cam. You solid as a dad and show love and support to all your kids in the way that they receive it. It was great to see them competing, cooperating and encouraging each other. Having grown up without my father seeing you do your thing warms my heart.

I think Anaya wanted the specific feedback like her brothers. She kept asking. And when he said she just had the best attitude, her face was like "ya obviously! But what did I actually physically do well?!" Lolz

This does my heart good. I didn't have my father growing up. He wasn't around. So seeing a father interact with his wife and children in this manner makes me feel good and a sense of pride.

Okay, I’m not sure if it’s noticed, but the way Anaya’s face very subtly lights up when dad encourages her (esp during the crunches), is everything. I can’t wait to see the beneficial impact to her self-esteem this positivity will have in the years to come. 😁

The great thing about this here is that they have each other to feed off. Dad does a great job at uplifting and praising the kids. It’s amazing family time. You have lovely kids each different in there own way and you do an amazing job recognizing that. ❤God job dad.

I was lucky enough to have a simular father who made fitness a common thing to keep me healthy
My own mom tried to make me and my siblings do family fitness days but we were a LAZY bunch. No amount of grounding was gonna make us do yoga, so I’m amazed you got everyone to participate. Props 🙌

Being a father is healing your inner child.
That hit me in an unexpected way. I'm 42 and it's only been in the last couple of years that I've learned to comfortably live in my own head and skin. I got pretty messed up as a kid by my dad and other bullies, and I've learned now how to live with that and forgive and move on, but when I was in the time of my life when I might have thought about having kids, my wife and I decided against it. They're were a lot of reasons for that, but on a strictly personal level, I felt like I might become the man I grew up hating because I felt like he was that way because of me. I thought, and still sometimes can't avoid feeling like I ruined everything for my family when I was born. I didn't want to feel that way about anyone. Now we're pretty well past the time when we would even consider kids and sometimes I wonder if I missed out.

Love the video but you gotta start 'rough-housing' with Aniyah the way you do with the boys. She kept asking and as a girl with brothers who was left out for being the helpful little girl, sometimes that's all we want!

Glen you captured that perfectly when you explained the type of parent Uriah and Theo have been exposed to vs Anaya and Uzi. I loved every second of this video. Dad's encouragement and words of wisdom made this a great experience for all three. The best part, other than Theo's shaking it all night long, is how he gave each child a loving assessment of the things they did great and where they could improve in the future. As always, my girl Anayah really showed out and kept up with her bros....I genuinely love that little girl.
