I think it might be Italian not Latin. Pronunciation wise it's hard to tell since most media butchers Latin pronunciation. But listening when slowing it slightly and lowering the pitch I got ho ce vivira d'on trasia? savuta? mai contra no se qui vivire por me che from the first 2 lower bits at the beginning. Even with adjusting the high bits come out garbled and it's too high for me to make out words normally 😅
