Thanks Steve for the shout out!! Riley ( my partner and wife ) and I love breakfast shots. Cheers Steve. We are both thrilled you liked it. Bacon is optional because a lot of bars won't have it handy.

@@RileyTaylor26 I was drinking Jager last night with my brother and we were watching a video where Irish people try gross shots and he actually threw up when they did the "tapeworm". He also hates mayonnaise and I had to stop the video after that one. 🤢... 🤮

Also, you should do Q&A's every two weeks. Live.
For the last shot, I think you're only supposed to layer a thin layer of OP alcohol, just to get it flaming, and fill most of the shotglass with amaretto.
It's cool that you shouted out Carl & Riley from Alchemix Bar for the first shot, we were all a bit star-struck when you appeared in their live stream! Cheers to 500k!
23:32 "I'm a trained professional" I think the thing I love about that the most is that every time Steve says it he has never maintained a straight face. This is why we love ya Steve!
I don't blame you for the small shots! It depends what bar you're at in the US depends on the size. The bar I work at uses a 1.25 oz jigger for measuring a single, but the bar down the road I went to after work free poured me a 2.5oz shot of tequila as a single😅
2 things: 1.) If you loved the tapeworm try a prairie fire. It's a right of passage for 21st birthdays here in the US. 2.) The flaming doctor pepper was made with bacardi 151 traditionally which had a completely different flavor profile than Wray OP.
It must be that time of year again that I start binge watching your shows with the run up to summer. Made your passion fruit martini last year. What to make this year hmmm
I used to drink the flaming doctor Pepper shooters and there are some tricks to making them right. The first trick is not to use too much overproof rum but to layer a small amount on top to make sure the shot ignites. Another trick is to have just enough beer to cover the shot glass to put out the flames. MGD was a good choice for the beer as it is not a hop-forward beer and using full-sized shot glasses would have made that shot better as the proportions are very important. I am not on metric measurements but you had 12 oz's of beer in the glass which is 3x the amount you needed. Another trick is if you do not have the right glassware is to take a bigger shooter glass and tamper the flame and pour the shot in.
Nice one Steve & congrats!! I've been really enjoying your video's. You have definitely made your mark! Me & my girl have really enjoyed your cocktail recipes. Thank you!!
You are so entertaining and your reactions are so honest. Keep doing this, because it's obvious you enjoy it, and we also enjoy all your videos.. i started doing drinks for my friends because of you and now when i am at a party and someone wants something more special then only cola with rum, comes to me. Congrats on 500k, really glad to be an (albeit) small part of it. You are really refreshing to watch, so real. I look forward to seeing the the drive behind you, the infamous Cat. Please, please..!
I don't mind chillies. I can usually eat them whole. What I can't stand is vinegar. Regarding capsaicin, (the thing that is hot in chilies), You cleanse your palate with fat. Milk is the easiest way. The creamier the better.

I really really want to learn how to make a liquid marijuana, I have found this as either a drink or shot. i want to know if it should be a drink or a shot and how it's made. Thank you so much! you guys are wonderful
I tried a variation on the Dr. Pepper drop shot years ago that worked well. 50/50 beer and Coke in the glass, and drop a shot of straight amaretto. No flambe required. Shoot it and I swear the flavour is much closer to an actual Dr. Pepper.
The tape worm without the mayo is called wściekły pies (wild dog) in Poland and it's quite common to drink on parties. The mayo gives it a little bit more slavness ;)
So in Germany, or more specifically Bavaria, there's a thing called "Goaßmaß". You take a Maßkrug (I think you english speaking guys call it a Stein), get a shotglass filled to the brim with Kirschgeist (cherry spirit), place the shotglass upside down in the Stein preferably without spilling it, and fill the Stein with beer as normal. The way it works is as follows: this is kind of a drinking game. First person drinks as much of the beer as they want, then the second person and so on. If you finish the drink, the person before you has lost, and as drinking games often go, therefore has to pay.
i would love to see a dutch classic; A koopstoot translated: a headbutt. its a shot of jenever( a dutch style gin) with a fluitje, a small glass of beer as a chaser. love the chanel

Steve the Bartender: "Don't try this at home"

That tapeworm shot looked like something that someone who was already a few breakfast shots deep came up with.
Steve lost a bet with his wife, and the result was very entertaining.
Making me want to start drinking rn even tho I just woke up with a hangover🤣

For the chili shot with Tabasco ... try Sriracha, it’s got a really short burn, and a kind of fruit forward finish.
