    If you want to choose which dessert to make for the feast, which type of baklava I would like to recommend, this is my advice to you, custard and walnut filling in a wonderful dessert recipe. My advice is to make the Şöbiyet dessert immediately after iftar, without even waiting for the feast.

    Sobiyet Dessert with Custard
    FOR DOUGH
    2 eggs
    1 cup of yogurt
    Half a glass of oil
    4 tablespoons of melted warm butter
    1 packet of baking powder
    1 tablespoon of grape vinegar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    half a teaspoon of salt
    4 glasses of flour
    FOR SHERBET
    5 cups of sugar
    5 glasses of water
    1 slice of lemon
    for the pudding
    5 tablespoons of semolina
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    2 cups of milk
    FOR THE ABOVE
    half a cup of melted butter
    1 water glass measure of oil
    FOR INSIDE
    1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
    Cup size: 200 ml classic water glass
    Cooking recommendation: Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 1 hour.
