The Process of a human dead body Cremation and what happens to the body during cremation?

- M/s Enviro Care Engineers, Coimbatore has supplied and Installed this LPG Gas crematorium at Alangudi Town Panchayath, Pudukkottai district , Tamilnadu in the month of September 2022 under the Tamilnadu government, Kalaignar Nagarpura Meampattu Thittam Tender.
The LPG gas crematorium has consists of modern cremation furnace to cremate dead bodies of human upto the temperature 1200 degree centigrade with a dead body charging Trolley and up down moving furnace door operation. The cremation furnace is capable to cremate upto 10 bodies per day for 8 hours operating the Gas Crematorium.
The cremation furnace ha got ash drawing facility in the rear side of the furnace.
The Cremation furnace has consists of 4 Automatic Gas burners system with 5 manual LPG gas burners system with LPG Bank and LPG gas pipe line system with TATA grade pipes.
The LPG gas crematorium has Wet scrubber system made up of stainless steel to clean and cool the flue gas comes out from the cremation furnace.
The Crematorium is equipped with suitable capacity of ID Fan made up of Stainless Steel with a Motor to draw the smoke from the Furnace and develop a negative pressure in the furnace during the cremation furnace.
The Crematorium is equipped with 100 feet or 30 Meters Guy supported stack chimney to pass out the smoke during the cremation process.
The LPG gas crematorium has equipped with a control panel board to operate all electrical equipments related with crematorium machineries and the control panel board is made up of CRCA sheet finished with neatly powder coated painting and this fitted with digital indicators, control switches, MCBs, switches etc.
In the LPG gas crematorium , average time for one body cremation is 45-60 minutes and the required LPG gas is around 1 cylinder ( this may increase or decrease depend of number of bodies, frequency of body cremation, weather conditions and condition of the corpses to cremated.

It is so surprising to see that some people are calling cremation a painful n cruel ritual. These same people don't find it cruel to kill the live animals and eat their dead bodies after roasting/frying/marinating. These are the same people who kill humans in the name of religion.

I had an idea. When a person dies, he should be placed in a shallow pit under about 20 cm of soft soil for a month in a beautiful garden full of beautiful flowers and his face should be covered with a little leaf. If the person comes back to life, it is enough to push away some soft soil and get up again. If he does not survive, a large amount of his body will turn into dust within a month and the bones will remain. After one month, the bones can be collected or burned and ashes or buried or kept in a box. No air pollution. With complete peace. Also, the prepared soil can be used for forests and gardens. Back to nature with complete peace.
You can't be serious right? If you knew how horrendously putrid stench of rotting body is you wouldn't write such foolishness. And before it decomposed animals such as dogs or birds would eat the face if it was only covered by a leaf. Also dogs can dig up 20cm easily so the rest of the body would be eaten too. And for body to rot to only bones it takes months not just a month..

@@pj947 thank you . The body decomposes very quickly in a humid environment and turns into soil. You can consider a large forest in a special place for this purpose and the forest will be blessed. . Also, special bacteria and fungi can be used for faster and better decomposition. If the oil and wood that are used to burn the dead in the world are saved, the total carbon dioxide will be reduced and that oil and wood can be used for better things. The tree itself absorbs carbon dioxide and no more trees should be cut down to burn the dead.

Everything developing further after initial creation (evolution) suggests that allah is not the creator of Everything [in the beginning] (like dogs and cats, who are clearly our creation - not allah's), but the qur'an clearly states that allah is the all-maker.
Obviously he's not, and therefore he's not God.
If there's an all-powerful First Cause, then Everything was created in one single instant, including everything that, from our relative point-of-view, only came into being after billions of years of development.
