Somehow our society has not evolved in hygiene , infact we have gone backwards .

Too many street dogs , they need to neutered & kept in cages .
Cows that are not owned & taken cared off , should be exported legally....as it is illegal trade goes on through banglaborder , make it legal add that economic angle.
Best way to improve is introduce civic sense in schools....

Unless it's their decision only to accept the locals, most of clubs in Korea accept foreigners. It just that some of clubs encountered some accident or unpleasant experiences caused by foreigners before, then the club wouldn't welcome foreigners due to the inconvenience. It happened before that 3 men from Sriranka raped a Korean girl and she died while running away(hit by a car) in the middle of night. It was seriously affected on Korean society and people were shocked by. Since then, some clubs aware I guess.
