that many voices and not such a good sound..... do you guys have a professionally trained choral director working with you? It can be difficult doing special productions with high school choral departments - they are so easily distracted by the "production" that the really hard part, the Singing, gets lost and forgotten. I tell my kids the music is ALWAYS first. if we don't sing the music well than all it is is a spectacle with no meaning. I've been known to turn off stage lights, stop any choreography and just let them stand there and sing until they learn to do all of it together well. But the music must never suffer. If you all can get these kids to really sing the music your spectacle with truly be a glorious musical production but right now it looks like the production is hogging all of the effort and attention.
I loved it. It was wonderful to hear the voices of children. Ahhh, the wonders of Christmas!
I am an alum from this school from the 60s and I am super proud!!

If you search for Mona Shores Singing Christmas Tree, You can find some recent music from the Mona Shores High School Choir.
It's 300-400 students. The individual choirs sound a lot better.
