The idea is to be in as relaxed or calm a state as possible. Put on headphones if you need to. Best time is before you go to bed. The brain is supposedly more receptive in that relaxed state.
The plan: listen to this as often as possible until the words and phrases are natural to you, that you don't even need to think to say them.

This is the most useful training I have ever seen, daily and simple conversations like this is what is needed in the beginning.
This is how it is done. Russian text, Russian pronunciation and lastly English meaning and the Russian is repeated three times. I love it. If you load this into infinite looper you can break it into segments that repeat.
Agree
you are so right...... this is helpful to me as I had one year college Russian many years ago and this is ideal for
brushing up for a future trip..... bald and bankrupt on YT has also rekindled an interest

Понравилось! Хотелось бы такой же вариант, адаптированный для русских, изучающих английский язык, т.е - 1 раз чтение фразы на русском языке и 3 раза на английском.
И этот вариант хороший.

One suggestion is to put a direct translation under the romanization. So for Машина в гараже then put: car at garage. Allows the user to recognize individual words and sentence structure.
That is great idea 👍🙂

A couple of things: The Russian text should be at the top, and there should be a level 2 with the same content, but with the Russian repeated only once, and a third level with the English text at the bottom, but not spoken.
Also important for learning: The content should be about Russians in Russia, not Americans in America.

When you said you went to school yesterday, why did you use the habitual form instead of the actual form?
Aap ka swal
I speed it up 1.25x I like very much
English interpretation given too quickly; no chance for new learner to try own interpretation. Russian speaker talks too quickly in Russian; suggest one time slowly and once at normal speed. Otherwise, excellent lesson.
playback speed 75% will be good
Put off audio
Excellent material!
Three repetitions transcribed in russian and in Latin script each time! Great work! Very useful thank you!
Why not say it a little faster for all of us learning?

Did anyone noticed that some words in Russian are similar to English such address...
Yeah. Those are. Because some words in Russian came from English. Read about that.
If you learn more Russian you will see much of the vocabulary is cognate with English
