  • Hey everyone. Thanks for watching. Hope you enjoyed. Matchbox Video. Please hit like, subscribe and share. We love your comments so please let us hear from you. Thanks again so much!
Check out our ebay shop for older diecast cars. We do not scalp. We buy older collections locally and from the Ks City area. We can't find stuff anyway but we never did scalp. Just wanted to put that out there. Hope you'll take a peek, we have other stuff too besides diecast.

Got the Rolls Royce ragtop like yours (used to have the gold one)...
Have three of the Ford Group Six castings. One was a gift from a friend (back in the early-'80s). Two of ours (including the friend's one) are the 'burgundy' and one is the darker green...
Have the Setra coach in burgundy - way back in the day, we found a Mercedes coach that was missing its top. Found the top of a Setra coach at the beach and glued the two together...
Got a couple of the V-dub campers. One with top, the other without (raided the more crusticated to swap the top for the one in better nick. Gave it some surfboards as compensation)...
Got the Mini - without the stickers. It sits in our Matchbox Car Ferry along with a VW Golf (hauling a boat & trailer) and a Mercedes convertible. On display in our 'computer lab'.
Be funny (but typical) if Matchbox put a trailer hitch on the dragster thing. They always seem to put them on performance cars. Guess Hans (or Enzo) needs to get up to the lake really fast to get dem tasty crappies, don'tcha know...
Only starting to appreciate the 'fantasy' casting. Growing up, we preferred the 'serious' ones...
The Charger reminds us of a winning entry to the Fisher Body competition by some kid in the late-1960s...
Got the Beach Hopper. The 'spatter' pattern is unique to each casting. Recall playing with one at grandparent's place on the lake. Good times...
Have a pair of the Citreon SM - one with and one without its trailer hitch (broken off).
Have the Mazda in red with yellow-ish windscreen. Nicer combination in our opinion...
Have the machine gun jeep - ours is towing the Matchbox howitzer for that 'get off my lawn' spirit...
Mail trucks like that Jeep did have right-hand drive on account of needing to be able to reach postboxes...
We resprayed a Lotus Super Seven to look like 'Number Six's ride in the opening credits of 'The Prisoner'...
One of the Vauxhall Guildsmen we have had a windscreen so badly damaged we ended up cutting a way the worsts parts and turning it into a Targa top. Resprayed it yellow, too.
    Got the Toe Joe...
Flying bug with Gunter Gleiben Glauchen-Globen at the wheel...
We have the 'Midnight Magic' version of the Tanzara put out in the early-'80s. Black with silver trim - very nice...
Have a pair of the Londoner busses but missing the stickers...
My Maserati does 185... Cops cannot catch me, that's why I still drive...
Have three colour variants - the original purpley, the gold with trailer hitch (was part of a twin pack) and the 'Sunburner' (black with flame tampos)...
Have the Siva Spyde (Black Widow variant)...
Remember finding the AMX Javelin in a desk at the principal's office back in the day...

Fun to see your next set of Superfast. I have been slowly building my '70s-80s MBX collection over that last 3-4 years. Been fun finding the cars I had as a kid or remember seeing on the pegs.

Had a lot of these cars back in the day. I was allowed 1 matchbox car every 2 weeks or so. Starting in the 60s.

The BP tanker truck the original when it came out had gray tires 😊
