It's because of the charger ,The charger after you plug it in makes a blue Mark because it's a fast charger 33w or higher and there might be text that says supervooc or superdart etc,Now the blue Mark doesn't appear means the charger is not fast and had a fault in it or you are using a different low charger

If you have done all this correctly then your file package will be corrupted, for that you will have to report it on Realme Community.And if you don't want to wait for all this then go to the nearest shop and ask them to upgrade my device to Android 12, they will charge you Rs 200 or Rs 300 and they will upgrade your device to Android 12.
