Uh depends on the chef's. Masterchef junior his dad side comes out so much and he'll be VERY understanding to the kids.
Masterchef he's a bit nicer. as they're not all extreme professional (will still be annoyed but nowhere near angriest)
Hells kitchen had a season where it showed the uncut and it's a mixture of stress and just general frustration. So it's real anger but it's over a LONG period of time.
If you've seen him outside any cooking show he seems extremely chill and fun. So i guess it's part show and part kitchen stress?
