Amazing. I’m reminded of the game Sakuna. It references harvest gods and there’s even rice planting simulated in the game along with the yanato planting song.

I don’t know the game but it must be based on this kind of rituals. There is a rice harvest ritual as well. I will introduce it this year.

this was a beautiful festival! we don't have anything like that in Italy.
there used to be seasonal worker women in the rice paddies, but zero celebration en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondina
