Was not a realistic move at all 😂 franchise mode is way too easy because lets be honest, ok maybe buf could sign in chicago because he got drafted by them, but hoffman ahah no chance

What's more wild is the free agent signings at the end of the video where he seems to be going for the cup another time in 2022 despite saying that 2022 and 2023 draft classes are insane.
I traded strome for laine. Giving dach 2nd line minutes develops him so much faster
That’s smart, usually when I play franchise mode, Kirby Dach doesn’t really increase much and develop because he’s stuck on the 3rd line because of Strome and Toews. Kirby would be like an 84 at age 25 and still be on the 3rd line
@@hockey4life96 Kirby is pretty good actually. I traded for him with NJ and paired him with Hughes. They have +5 and he can simulate really Well
@@matess_5556 Ya, once Kirby is in the roll he’s supposed to be in he’s elite. He was a 90 for me in like 2028 of my franchise mode

Hey tac! Great episode of the franchise series, but I think the problem with the draft is that you didn’t hire any scouts. But otherwise, great episode a lot of surprises!

The scouting hasn't changed. Even in year 3 or 4. You have to manually press on names and scout them. I tried doing the find prospects in assign scout, but I dont know if it works
I’ve always auto scouted and I literally don’t have to do anything lol, but with this game for some reason the same thing happened and nobody was scouted

The potential in drafts are hidden until you interview the players. After an interview you see the potential, I'm not sure why that's like that but I just figured that out the other day

Why do I read comments before finishing the video.
He said he'd be okay with going for the cup in the first year. However, the Hall and Ovi free agency signings destroys the point of the next few "rebuilding" years.

Tactic please use player search to find players that suit your lines if you get a power forward who suits your 1st line then you will get a plus 5. For each line try and use a PWF SNP PLY to get tons of chem. this will help you grow players

Great video as always. Just wished you played with injuries on if you still can change it in sliders just put it on a low number so you dont need to deal with changing the lineup all the time. It would bring alot of realism to the save.

I like seeing the 1st round and 2nd round picks with more value. Some teams in NHL 20 would have such low value first rounders which I always traded for because it was worth the risk. This takes that away and makes it more realistic

Can’t wait for the update next week for franchise. The mode is really broken right now and it makes it not that fun. If your looking for an actually good mode to play and your at least decent at the game play 3v3 HUT Rush, super fun quick 3v3 games where first goal wins.

Colin Delia is pronounced Dee-Lee-uh. I only know cuz I graduated from Merrimack and Delia was a STUD for our hockey team, awesome to see him making the blackhawks

Hey TacTixHD do you think you could do a oilers franchise
If you look at other computer teams, all of them have their 5-on-3 PK centers in the spot labeled as left defense but where center actually should be (and has been in past years), so I'm pretty sure you have Wallmark in the right spot but Toews in the wrong one
Correct. Its a visual glitch. The center stays in the same position as in previous years
To get a +5 on offence u have to get a better coach and it has to be a sniper, power forward and a playmaker on a line for each line and on defence for a +5 u need to get an offensive d and a defensive d on each line by also looking at the scheme fit for the forward and defence lines for each players Srry it really helps out the sim

You have to manually assign scouts to work rn it’s a weird bug that I hope gets fixed soon
In the pk it's a visual bug left defense is center so put at what you would have last year.
You Should create the Swedish Forward Noah Östlund. Hes born 2004 and leads the points in Djurgården Superelit league.
Also, I think you should trade for a better 2nd/3rd pair defensemen if you’re doing good at the deadline . You’ll need it if you want to hoist with toews and Kane!
Sokalov (the 2 way guy u got in free agency) was the best player on the cape breton eagles last year

There is a bug in franchise that the scouts will not scout, you need to manually set them.
Shouldve done the Ottawa Senators they have one of the worst teams yet one of the best prospect pools, woulda gave u a challenge which people would like to see
