To all Jr techs if you EVER do any fix like this assume the customer is going to call it a permanent fix and make sure it's not going to injure the customer. This is fine but don't ever bypass a limit because if you don't get called back for the fix then you'll be liable if something kills someone. Prison/jail time e.t.c. your mileage will vary depending on where you live.
Fyi Guys - if u do this & customer is bothered by too much blower. You could tell them to unplug or turn off at breaker too. me personally - i would have temporarily put in a contactor or fan relay until i could get back with correct part. but then u get people that will try to take that a permanent fix & end up with a mickey mouse in the field. Gotta pick a customer that won't go mickey mouse.

Yes! Never jump out a safety switch! but this fix is just constant fan on. All safeties still on.
