I've tested the latest Hyundais. I'd say they are tuned more for smooth and elegant riding rather than raw power. Definitely a stand out in terms of design and a big step above the older generation of Tucson.
Disregarding the lack of ADAS systems(seriously, just give me cruise control and we good) and that white interior, the all-new Tucson definitely will make anyone(that's not narrow-minded) really think hard about buying one. Might not have the driving dynamics that other direct competitors have but for an all-rounder, this definitely is a win.
I just don’t understand why they don’t bring them in with adaptive cruise control etc, like the ones in Malaysia. Surely it doesn’t cost that much to add that sort of equipment. They’re already expensive enough, so making them a bit more expensive, but adding those advanced features would help sales. Kia and Hyundai are known for their extra features in markets outside the Philippines, why does this county get the “poverty pack” options while our ASEAN neighbours get the good stuff?
What you can hear in this review says it all. Just had a 400 km ride and the FC is 14 kpl that includes traffic.even in eco mode you can easily reach 140kph well thats all my guts allows me😅
Not everyone with 1.8M is in need of a 7-seater, ladder-frame mid-size SUV. It's like saying just get the Everest Titanium 4WD over a Toyota GR86 or Mazda MX-5 just because the former seats 7 people 🤣
@@MiggyMndzathat’s what other do not understand. I myself own a 7seat SUV but i can count with my fingers how many times the 3rd row was used for the last 6yrs of owning it. So going for a crossover will be an option for me on mu next upgrade.
@@FGG_77because your car choice depends on use case basis. If you prefer a full size SUV that can seat a lot of people and has loads of space, then go get the Everest. But if you prefer passenger comfort and ease of drivability, then get a crossover like the Tucson or CRV. Simple as that.

Rico swabe and this go flat out ph has finally convinced me to get this suv.thanks for the nice review bro.
Same, how is it?? Thinking of waiting for the facelift but not sure when it'll be released here in the Pb

Possible kaya na i-release yung plug in hybrid version yung katulad sa us?
sir pwd po ba comparo Tharu vs Tucson?
Agreed. I think thats the comparo we all need to see.
what can you say about reliability, fuel consumption, and comfort
It's a global brand 😅 Gone are the days questioning the reliability of Hyundai. Ang dami dito sa UK naka Tucson
Your audio quality could use some help po. It sounds crunchy and tinny because of the crap mic.

thanks for the review...very nice

for that price range i'll go for 7seater SUV like Montero sport
Base model though
At that price point, everest nalang way more functional and value for money pa.

I agree. Why spend that value of money when you can get an everest at the same. It’s more practical today specially during rainy season.
