Well technically he’s like what 20 as of baki son of ogre so he an adult but still not a physically mature one and should should keep getting stronger til around 27. That’s when he will stop naturally getting stronger and actually have to work to gain strength.
He was born to be strong but never trained or did nothing until he was 13, then he promised his father to be strong and so he did.

for reference, hanayama literally uses a shot-put technique as his classic punch... so his fighting style is literally based on non-combative physical sports... wouldnt be surprised if one of hanayamas moves would literally be a kick thats based on the run-up to long jumps...
Dude is easily one of the most op non hanma characters and one of the few that are somewhat consistent in scaling. Always been my favorite since watching vhs tapes back in the day. The fact he's acknowledged by not only yujiro but pickle and musashi as well says a lot. Big props for the respectful scaling tons of people lowball him.
Can't wit for his upcoming fight against Jack which he will probably have. We all know Jack is goiung to win but I just hope Hanayama will give him a good fight and at least lose with high difficulty for Jack.

That's literalry my dream match, these 2 are identical. Both crazy, both don't give a single fuck, both rely on brute strength and brawling, both have scars on they're face, and both are stoic and most of the times expressionless. The only difference is hanayama smokes and drinks alcohol a lot, and jack does pp training with steroids

Hanayama is one of the few characters that strike fear into other Baki characters, especially when he gets his cheeks blown off by Speck, you realized that Speck is screwed.
Hanayama vs New Jack right away would be too soon, but we will need a non-sumo measuring stick very quickly for Jack, because after the recent chapters, I don't think anything involving Jack and Sumo will be terribly interesting.

I read the Chinese translation which I believe was more accurate, I have seen the English version consist of many ambiguous and logically contradicting translations and I do not think it is the most credible.

Kiryu is very strong and durable at the superhuman level but he's not "exaggerated" in that regard, which is something Hanayama is. Kiryu could possibly be faster but still would not be able to put down Karou, he will get tired first

Fun fact, you actually don't need kneecaps to stand! Kneecaps exist to provide a second lever inside the joint for extra power, but you can still function without them, more or less
You can stand and even walk without kneecaps its just way less efficient and bad for the knee tendons. There’s a simple TH-cam video you can find by just searching ‘how kneecaps work’ where a guy makes them with wood and rubber bands and you’ll see how it works.
In the scarface manga, weren't they going to make a clone of yujiro but they wanted something hanayama had to make him "invincible" or something? Your thoughts on that hypothetical clone?
They stated they would need a piece of Yujiro's flesh at least the size of a finger in order to be able to create a clone, just a piece of hair or something wouldn't be enough DNA. Of course, they are never going to be able to get a finger from Yujiro, so it isn't happening.

@@detectivepenegrande Because it Hasn't been confirmed to be cannon from the author. You new fans know nothing from the up keep and struggles the author had with the baki series. It almost got dropped many times due to many complications, such as legal rights etc etc. I've been reading it since 2008 before son of ogre was finished and it always had warning statements about it being finished. The scar face series was published by a different team and was NOT fully written by the origial arthur.
