Shanks is definitely not boring he is easy to play hard to master
Has spammability for sure but his move combo's and specials are designed to connect

He sure is very strong
I land my hands 2 days on him what a monster
Basics hits are strong but once you've master the combos and his haki's level you're unstoppable. No need for the awakening skill

he's apparently the best performing character out of the 3 new characters and clears like the god tier characters (some giants and such) according some korean players. he's also getting a lot of hate by those same people for being the most boring of the 3. is that true? god I wished he would get different moves...

Shanks looks like the best one with dodge cancel to keep his haki buff has two buffs when u do his normal combo has a true guard break on his last haki blast in his combo insane aoe attacks
Shanks is now the best character especially the style of his new attacks is way better than the original
