Dough:
- 2 yolks
- 100g butter
- 60 ml of kefir
- 60g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 270g flour (+/-)
- a pinch of salt and vanilla
Filling:
- 2 proteins
- 30g of sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 30g flour
- 120g of jam or jam
Bake in a well-preheated 180 ° C oven for ~ 25 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
