Productivity is piece shit. If situation demands we can more or atmost productive then we thought. Being worrying of not productive also makes us to fall in stress. Simple and minimal and process makes productive. It's my thought it may be wrong also.
you are right. i used one note, obsidian, keep, simplenote, cherrynotes,notion,logseq,standardnotes,tiddlywiki,joplin,zim.... as a software dev initially romba interest ah irunthuchu after that ellame feeling like unwanted. currently i use only obsidian with dataview,kanban,excalidraw,daily calendar,advanced tables and style settings. nan use pandra plugin la mostly kanban and excalidraw matum than..... meta data kooda use pandrathu ila . i use tags as meta data. ithu matum illama initially i use todoist, planner,journal app in mobile.. to be frank mostly useless. in reality nama oru naala mostly oru 4 or 5 important things koooda pandrathu ila
