Thanks guys! I truly am honored. My 78th BD is on August 8th.
VMFT-50 appears to be a fictitious heavier-than-air (V) Marine (M) Fighter (F) Training (T) Squadron.
FYI...In Vietnam I served with VMFA-542, for its first Vietnam deployment, which was at that time an F4 Phantom Fighter Attack Squadron. [The tiger TH-cam message logo you see happens to have been our Squadron logo.] Except, if memory serves me correctly, the vast majority of or missions were attack, i.e. ground support, missions with only a few fighter mission into North Vietnam near the end of our tour of duty.
Ps. I was so nervous watching the video as I wanted it to be one of your best maiden warbird flights ever.
Iam really happy you liked it my friend. Big salute from Slovenia.
Thank you Bill for your service! My dad was a crew chief in VMF-222 on the F4U-4 Corsairs from '47-'49,he joined in '46 and got out in '50,but VMF-222 was remade in '47 and ended in '49.He was a proud Marine as I know you are!
@@jettechdonatkins That's cool. It appears that your dad was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point during those years. Wouldn't surprise me that as a crew chief your dad got to taxi the squadron's Corsairs a few times.
@@BillKiselHe was at Cherry Point,he said the chiefs always started the engines and warmed them up for the pilots. He got a ride in the one he usually worked,he said it was a tight fit sitting on the pilot's lap but he loved it a lot. I can't imagine getting a ride in a Corsair! I should have joined and almost did in '74 after HS graduation, but went to Spartan in Tulsa,Ok. and became a licensed aircraft mech in Wichita,Ks. in '78,retired in '18 due to health and had a stroke in '20,but still love all aircraft and miss being around them.I regret not going into USMC aviation! I'm proud to know you and thank you for what you did,the F-4 Phantom ll is my favorite jet fighter to this day.I grew up not too far from where the Phantoms were built, and my dad used to take me to the airport there and watch them fly, great memories! God Bless!
Hello hello! This is great! U just posted this video and I downloaded it immediately before I take off from Dubai to Orlando in a 15+ hours flight!! I'm so happy that I will enjoy your video in the air!! Greetings!
Have great flight my friend.
Another Petrincic Brothers masterpiece complete with poetry, excellent flying, and video work!
I love the takeoff as Captain Blaz could read his initials on the plane from VERY close range! Ha!
Pilot Robert with his new hat, the famous view of the mountains in the background and that beautiful single tree behind Pilot Robert as he prepares to fly the beautiful and sexy Eflite Corsair! I look forward to each new video! Thank you, my friends!
We love to film them so much. Cant imagine better fun Jon.
Thank you for your service Bill, you sir are a marine and a bad ass till the sun burns out.
It was an honor to serve. Just so you know, I was not a "combat" Marine but did play an important support role in maintenance of the fire-control system and missiles (Sparrow and Sidewinder) used by the squadron's F4 Phantoms.
BEST CHANNEL ON TH-cam!!! Can’t wait for the B2 video. I have mine waiting In the box. I try and wait to see the information on your channel. I trust it 1000%!!!!!!
5 minute salute on that flight Captain Robert ! The camera guy didn't wander off like he does sometimes . Those young guys and their other head .
Thanks Randall.
Great video with my favorite WW ll fighter! My dad was a crew chief mechanic on the F4U-4 Corsair in he USMC with VMF-222.Tank you Robert and Blaz for this very nice vodeo!
I love every Corsair in my hangar. The best Hangar 9 with 20cc four stroke engine is waiting for maiden flight.
Nice landing, right down on the carpet. Nice motorcycle, Captain Blaz. I have a Harley, myself.
Iam dreaming to have Harley one day. I had motor bikes all my life until my hand accident.
Well my brothers...as always feel that you are speaking to me & I am the only one watching....but wait, there are more, watching that is. I was on a WW2 South Pacific cruise a while ago (youtube) & as we sailed between Iwo Jima & Saipan, there was a pilot/guest on the cruise standing next to me who said he flew this plane in WW2 & was running on the 'smell of an oily rag' & thought he was going to ditch in the ocean after a mission, but the F4U got him back to Tinian in one piece....An amazing story from a Pilot who was in full original uniform on deck as we had the memorial service. I have the Arrows Chance Vought F4U Corsair & a great flyer as well. Many thanks Robert & Blaz.
Love your videos lots of enthusiasm and personality as well as great flying
Congratulations Robert !!! I saw the happiness in your face after the landing. Cheers from Austria Rudi
Thanks Rudi. It was great.
Look at Dis. OH YEAHHHHHHH 😘. This Old Man from Washington NC enjoying with my coffee 3am. Awesome looking plane and great flying Pilot Robert. As always Capt Blaz great video. Do love me some Brothers ✈️🧔💝💝💝
WOW!! Did you see that landing!?!? Excellent job Captain! Salute! 🛩✈
Thanks David.
Wow the sound affects just come in perfect on that dive pilot Robert, loving the hat too 😃🤙
Perfect timing ;-)
A wonderful Corsair. This plane ticks every box. The slow passes with flaps are exceptionally good in this film.. You can really see the beautiful Slovenian countryside. Really enjoyed this one! Big salute as ever from London. 🌟🌟👍
This baby behaves so good William.
this is one beautiful war bird Pilot Robert , looks so good in the sky and the way Blaz gets the Angle on the camera for that twisting landing gear was amazing to see one i can say 10/10 all round OH YEAHHH e e e ,Big Salute from Me in Mellbourne Guys Love the Video as always :-)) .
Thanks Andrew.
That was a truly beautiful landing. Delicate like a thread of silk on the breeze.
Seems like yesterday you were fighting the freazing cold to bring us brilliant flights ty
I have had all the lipo powered Corsairs from Parkzone and E-Flite. This one is by far the best! They hit it out of the park this time!
Nice fight. Nice landing for the maiden flight. Great camera work as well.
i will salute your flight and landing pilot robert ,as always your videos are always entertaining to watch.
Thanks for the great, fun and honest content guys! Had to order this Corsair after watching your video :)
That is the spirit my friend.
@@PetrincicBrosRC after 2 flights I am very happy with the plane. Adjusted the G-spot after the first flight. This evening's flight was great with a perfect landing with full flaps. Keep on your great work on your channel!
What a beautiful warbird!! I love it! Perfect landing Pilot Robert! Well done! Salute.
Those dam moles 😂 Fabulous flight and landing almost killed Blaz on the take off 😂
They just cant stop drilling.
@@PetrincicBrosRC th-cam.com/video/1tntoPH-QFU/w-d-xo.html
20:40 yes, you had the energy left for a few more easy circles… but (be aware!) if you have to set full power during a go-around, the voltage would drop rapidly below your threshold.
You said it good M.
Good job boys!!! Keep up the good work... 🤙
Thanks Joe.
👍👍👍
I will be going to EAA in Oshkosh WI. next week and will see Plenty of Real Corsairs along with Hundreds of other Warbirds in the Week-Long Airshow. Great Flight and Review as always...I might have to Click on this one already! 😎
F4U-4 Corsair is an enjoyable RC plane to fly. Love mine
Another most enjoyable and entertaining flight video, I think Slovenia is a km tooo far from Australia but it looks soo beautiful !
Not to be negative but I am putting my money on the moles … such resilience is impressive and I am sure they thank you for the new home …
I hope they will go away at the end.
I've been watching you youngin's for a while now and that, I too believe, was your best landing too. Keep it up guy's.
Thanks Tommy.
I love your shirt desgin! I still wear my one weekly! Great that they are linked below the video.
Always a good start in the day watching your videos! Thank you!
Big salute from germany
You're getting good at those Landing Robert that was fantastic
Thanks Ray.
Best landing ever! Nuff said. (NC/USA)
Thanks my friend.
LOVE the hat, Pilot Robert! That's a very good looking F-4 for the size.
Works great on sun.
@@PetrincicBrosRC
💯
Splat flips Robert said - you missed that one Captain Blaz😀😀😀😀 - still way ahead of me as far knowing two languages!! Good stuff
That's the best plane EVER built and it was built until the early 60s sold to air forces and navy's all over the world, Semper Fi. US Marines!
Ther is no "best plane" !
@@swyntopia yes there is, su57
Love it my friend.
@@HarleyWasHere No, it can transport only ONE person !
So it can´t be the "best plane", nor can the corsair.
It always depents on the purpose !
They can´t compare different purposes.
So there are ( were ) a lot of "best planes".
🥳
@@swyntopia I only need it to transport ONE person, thats me. You knuckleheads can walk for all I care, lmao.
Hahaha! You guys are not the only ones going through the heat wave. I'm in SoCal we're getting the same. Btw, good job on the maiden.
Robert, the F4u needs your airbrush technique on the machine guns and oil around the cowling!! Awesome flight and better landing!
No time til after work today but REALLY looking forward to this baby! Big salute from London. 👍
All I can say is...the wings are very strong! LOL ...Lots of power available there for that sharp climb!
Whooa epic flying Pilot Robert and CPT Blaz working his Master Zooming, Salute Jeff in LA USA
I just love it when you feature the War Birds on your channel. She's so Beautiful in the Air❤
Iam inlove on warbirds.
One of the nicest war birds you have videoed really good flyer a big salute from the United States
I will just have to a little more gentle on takeoffs.
That is probably the best landing I've seen you do..well done!
Thanks Eric.
all on the landing strip..nice wk Robert...roll those damn moles! lol
Awesome video I flew my first plane the other day iv been flying helicopters for a few years but first Maiden flight was the eachine mini P-51D with stabilizer so much fun I even did loops on my second
That is the spirit my friend.
Nice maiden Pilot Robert , I also fly mine in safe mode for take off and landing as she tends to tip stall easily 👍😎
If its there why not use it.
Huge arm breaking SALUTÈ from NZ again, I hust ordered this as my second Corsair, so sexy.. You can take the lipos down to 3.4-3.5 no problem, just don't give full power too much or they could sag too far.. Coming from a bashers perspective, the voltage for planes is super conservative! Love your work!
Big salute back my friend.
Your field looks so nice, good job!
Plane is very stable. Should be a joy to fly.
The gear deployment during a low fly-by was perfection
Thanks.
Another great review! All the best from the USA!!! 🇺🇸👍🙋♂️🖖🏻
Love the new hat ... awesome flight love your guy's video's enjoy the weekend !
another great landing, you are getting better at landing
I love your channel and giving you a big shutout from Northren Canada EH!!!
Big salute back my friend 👍
Wow hey...She's such a Beautiful bird. Looks just like a real War Bird. So scale!!!❤❤We just love your vide OHs and your channel ❤❤❤👍🏾🙏🏾
Big Salute from Mid Mich! Ok, who has the birthday in August. We know Capt Blaz birthday - how bout Pilot Roberts?. Oh those moles! We love our back lawn…..dang moles! I too have this RC and love those splat flips! I have and am scaling all the aircraft VF84 has flown. My old Navy Squadron - Also known as “JOLLY ROGERS” FIGHTING 84.
Great flight!!!! Beautiful landing!!! SALUTE!
Bog salute back my friend.
Blaz, your scooter?? Oooooo scary take off! I have never ever seen a bad flying Corsair. Ever. Multiple manufacturers and they all fly good. Kind of strange but I guess it is the gull wing? Nice landing!!
I would spend hours flying on that runway practicing hitting it and taking off so that your confidence is there in landings. Awesome plane and video guys. I love the corsair and nobody has better flying plane's than e flight. 👍👍😎👊✌️
I would too but have really little time. Maiden flights are the flights that I usually do. Almousr all my flying you see on camera.
When the pins fall out of your retracts and the wheel spins around and falls off you can use a 3/4" piece of 2 mm allen wrench and JB Weld to fix it. Not too much or you will glue it where it wont rotate. Or pays $80 for some new ones that will also fall apart.
So very sexy. The plane looked great as well 🤣 Great flight and landing Robert.
That's great, I built f6f with sexy gt17 now I just need to get the courage to fly!
As always lads a beautiful looking aircraft and a good flyer and always a fun video to look forward to
Thanks for stopping by my friend.
Splat flips! Love Corsairs.
Looks awesome, way nicer than the Arrows Corsair I have now. Will replace my Arrows with this Corsair soon. Great job😎👍
Yeah, the Arrows version doesn't have the 3 split flaps. Waiting for the gray Olathe version b4 i buy. I have enough blue Corsairs. However, I have 3 Arrows EDF, Viper, Marlin and F-86 and they are excellent.
Dont have any Arrows bird by now.
nice flying my friends, awesome inverted circuits. awesome flight time on those batteries indeed! fantastic bird
The bird is amazing.
The Corsair is the perfect plane!
Wheels masters of Slovenia salute.
Capn blaz almost got a mohawk on that take off hahahahahaha beautiful flight pilot robert crashed my maule the other day misjudged an into the trees i got very lucky damaged 1 wing seems the whole rest of your day goes wrong when u crash a plane but learn from mistakes! Love from N.C.
Oh my gosh that is one beautiful bird ❤ Salute 🙋💪
My favorite airplane. Excellent flight. Thank you. SEMPER FI.
Thanks J for support.
We have a real one here in Tillamook at our air museum….impressive to see this one fly
Would love to see one in real.
Looks great just got mine haven't unboxed it yet you are getting much better at this pilot stuff. I haven't flown in over a year. Because of Covid. September it will be cool enough to fly now it's 105 at 10 o'clock at night.
You will love it my friend.
Love your stuff fellas , better without the extra fuel drop tanks :) the corsair is the sexiest airplane ever built !!
I love every single one I have.
Looks like fun guys. Always love a good F4U!!
I love it my friend.
Super video, boys! Great maiden flight and a perfect landing, too. Blaž almost got a new parting in his hair on take-off... Oh Yeaaaaahhhhhh 😆👍
New hair cut ;-) Really didnt expected for the plane to go so much to the left.
First to say I love the Corsair. I have several in my hanger. Oh Yeah!
Cant have too much of them ;-)
great video guys
you should put the clear coat on this bird robert i did to mine looks very nice! and in the hot weather no gatoring of the foam.
That was the best landing ever!
Thanks C.
Sweet flight and great landing. I think the only way to get even better landings, would be on a paved runway.
That would be dream came true. But for now we are leasing this field.
Nice Your a very good Pilot Robert
“Splat flips”, You guys totally hilarious
One must just love splat flips ;-)
Terrific video mate, you guys are just so entertaining.....Gorgeous plane looks like it fly s Beautiful
I salute you for a job well done!
Baa, baa, black sheep! Pappy Boyington and his band of cutthroat pirates and meatheads kicking butt in the Pacific theater. Hells to the yea! Looks good gents!!!
It is nice. I enjoy the FMS 1400 immensely. The HookLL is also very good. Great filming, great Flying 👍
I also had FMS 1.4m one in the past. Awesome bird. I have now 1.7m one. Real beast.
first off, love the hat, I have 2 of those myself. second, the plane is beautiful. third, keep flying my friends
I will get a few more in different camo my friend.
Perfect Landing, 7 minutes fly times, just too Good
I love it my friend.
Great little plane that one's a lot of fun 😂
Beautiful looking bird!
Oh man those bastard Moles! Give them a good wacking, they should respect the planes! I have the same problem but with rabbits - and holes! Great take off and very realistic looking at 11:48. I think the pilots insides came out of his arse when you pulled the stick back though!
And what a great landing!!! I don't have any smart stuff, but I always try to fly to about 25% - leaving that little bit for a second go around (small field!) and on a beach or big field I keep going to around 20%.
What an excellent video to start the weekend with!
Cant imagine better ;-)
Sexy take off. Great retract -- worth three takes.
Very sexy this Corsair 😀👍 Thank you both for this very nice flight video! Big Salute 🙂
Precioso avion amigos , casi te cargas al camara jejejeje saludos buen fin de semana 😁
She's a beauty. Some nice arobatics and she flys well inverted. A truly wonderful war bird.
It must have been a joy to fly this beast.
Cool big Salute Rc friends. 🌞👍
Cpt Robert well done I have a lot of Spektrum 4s 3200Mah I believe it’s also good for this plane maybe I will think about it
You will love it my friend.
